i am saluram siyol from davangere karnataka.
i m working in jewellery shop. my timing morning 9:00 am to night 10:00 aur 11:00 pm.
i want maintane my body but not available time.
subah 7:00 am ko uthkar khana banana padta hain aur rat ko bhi yahi karna padta hain.
krpiya salah dijjiye ki mujhe body maintane ke liye kya karna chhahiye?
main aapna wt badhana chahta hoon. filhaal mera wt 68 kg hain aur height 6 fit hain.
plZ help mE.

bhai saluram tadki tadak 5 baje uthke aastha channel pe baba ramdev ka program aawe se usne dekh liya kar usme koi solution mil jaga kyuki aur koi raasta dikhta nahi mujhe tumhari timings dekhte hue...:)

bhai ji mujhe patla nahin mota banna hain jaise ramdev ka pet hain vaisa to mera abhi bhi hain.

Bhai, Patla hi theek hai, abhi aapko mota hone ka tarika mil jaega to thode din baad patla hone ke nuskhe dundoge. jaise ho wo theek hai. jyada socho mat. always try to be happy and confident!!!!!!. take care>>>>

Bhai Ji,

Aap to already Fit lagte ho. I can bet that u havent seen hospital in the last few years. Mujhe lagta he aap Mota hona chahte ho. Means u want to lose ur fitness ya phir aap muscles banana chahte ho.

Suggestions: Mota hone ke liye roj aalu ke 7 paranthe subhe khaya karo. only with Ghee. Lunch me kam se kam 6-7 roti khoob ghee. Jitna junk food kha sakte ho khao. McDonald's hafte me 2 bar jaroor khao. Artificial juice peeo. Khoob sugar khao. Agar drink karte ho to keep doing this especially Beer. No jogging, no walking please. You should see some change in a few months. Ghee and junk food is ur best friend here.

For muscles: Buy some weights do it as soon as you come back from work or you can put them in ur dukan, Do it during lunch time. Eat eggs or other supplement(good one) which give u lots of proteins and other important minerals. You should see change in a few months. Otherwise u are doing something wrong.

sallu ram bhaayee ek hee salaah sabse theek hai baba ram dev 5 baje utho or lagjaao usse weight kam nahi hoga balkee balance hoga agar kam hai to badh jayegaa aur sare din happy rahoge or salmaan khaan banna hai to bhaayee koi jim join kar lo ghar pe weight laakar mat karna nahi to banke tede ho jaaoge

Haha Han yeh bat thik he agar aapko pata nahi he ke exercise thik se kaise karte he to aap banke tede ho sakte ho.. Par bhai Salu watch on you tube, there are lot of videos which show u how to do it. ya pher koi gym me ek mahina jake sikh lo uske bad ghar kar lena

Hi, to begin with start taking 2 to 4 banana and 1 liter nilk daily. Walk 30 min , eat on time and eat evrything, fruits veg , pulses(dal), rice and non veg it you like. Do this for a month . If you have any illness.. Upset stomatch or constipation , anything ..then get it trated first. Gaining weight is no problem , losing wait is...so be happy about it. If you dont gain weight after a month then mail me , i will suggest ayurvedic medicines if you want. Take care

saluram gi, wt is fit according to u r hight...... bt for body maintane simplly wakeup at 5 and run for 5 km..... start push as 1 2 3 4>>>> and take balanced food...... that's all

Come on Anil, he work till 11 at night. And then he has to cook. Again he has to get up at 7 and cook. How can he get up 5 in the morning and Run 5 KM.

have chicken with beer daily in dinner...just for a month... ;-) (though expensive but will give you 100% RESULT)

I was 65 Kg a couple of months back....now i'm 77 Kg ( 5'10" height).

(if you're a vegetarian : banana's. If eggetarian: Boiled eggs)

bhai bicycle le le aur office usi se jaya kar sath maie ..subhe 1 litr doodh pee ke nikala kar nd choon time par liya kar.. channe kata jaya kar office jate time.. jaib bhar ke le jaya kar..office maie kata reha kar..nd agar digest na ho to rehn diye..:)

bhai baat mota ya patle ki koni .. question fit rehne ka.. fit rehne par focus rakh

सारा न्यू का न्यू नीचे के लिकड़ आवेगा अगर घी पीया तो....इसका पिजामा और खराब करवा दयो थम. हाँ चूरमा हलवा बना की खा लेगा तो थोडा भीतर में डट भी जागा केरा.......... ....... हा हा हा हा हा . भाई मेंने तो मुकेश आली सलाह सही लागी...... इसकी बात मान ले .......

bhai ek baar mene bbc hindi ka ek program dekha tha usme bahas chali ki akhbar me bahot galat photo chapte hain to ek banda bola bhai tv par to har khabar aati hain aur bahot chanel hote hain aapko kya achcha lagta hain vo dekho aur baki ko reject kar do lekin main thehra jat bhai mere se koni ungli hilaye bina rahije iske liye nuksh nikal deta hoon .

Dekh bhai sachchi salah to ya hai ek khoob dand-baithak pel aur khoob doodh ghee kha ar tawle hi result milenge tujhe.
3 mahine kar ar dheere dheera dand badhata jaa aur ghee-doodh ki maatra bhi. dand ar baithak te badhiya cheej ni hai koi sehat banan ki.

bhai dekho ji hum to advise aapnate apni marji se hain jo hume achchi lage.
aur logon ki dua hain itni jyada to hame unki advise ka khyaal to rakhna padega aur hum thahre jat bhai jo sabka samman to karna hi padega.

bhai dekho ji hum to advise aapnate apni marji se hain jo hume achchi lage.
aur logon ki dua hain itni jyada to hame unki advise ka khyaal to rakhna padega aur hum thahre jat bhai jo sabka samman to karna hi padega.

सालू राम जी मोटापा अपने आप मे एक बीमारी है. बीमारी से निजात पाने के नुश्खे तो लोग अक्शर पूछते देखे गए है परन्तु बीमार होने का नुश्खा पूछने वाले आप शायद पहले आदमी हो सकते है. आपका यह छरहरा बदन कुदरत की एक अजीब नियामत है जिसे पाकर आपको अपने आप को धन्य समझना चाहिये. जाट्लैड के नीम हकीमो के चक्कर मे आप अपना ये करीना जैसा ज़ीरो फ़िगर खराब ना कर लेना

sitaram ji doosra koi salah de yaa na de main deta hoon
subah meri tarah 5.00 baje utho. fir 5 km. run karo aur baad me ghar aa aakar betho ek aadha hours tak.
fir baad me khana banane me help karo lekin yaad rakhna aap khane pe muhn mat marna aur din me sirf ek baar khana vo bhi 4 roti khana aur sirf gehun ki.
baki ka kal bataunga.

सुनीता जी, सालूराम को सलमान खान बनाने के लिए तो steroid prescribe करना पडैगा और कोए नुश्खा इसनै रास ना आवे. पर कदे इसा ना हो के रिएक्शन होज्या और फेर यो ना घर का रहगा ना घाट का.

In the event of their franchise being cancelled, they will change their IDs and will start their practice with new name plates. Anyway, this is in lighter vein and this thread is really providing good humour. Thanks to Sallu Ram and our Hakeems.

mere ko savasthaya labh hua iske liye dhanyawad aur kuchh log trp ki baat kar rahe hain yeh sab achcha nahin hain. kisi ko problem hoti hain to uska majaak nahin banana chahiye.
humko trp to apni dukan se hi itni milti hain ki baki ki jaroorat na rahe lekin apne samaaj me rehna ka ek sukhad ahasas hota hain

oh bhai ji hum koi aise vaise nahi jo apun ka pichcha chudddane ke liye dusron ke pass jayen.
haan ek baat hain apun rakesh ji ka dil se bada samman karta hain bhai,
