Not an expert but i think if the image is in .jpg (or in other 'flatted') format then it is not possible to remove the watermark. In some special formats (where image & watermark are separate layers) it might be possible to remove watermark.

Anyway, why don't you use 'Photoshop- the almighty' to patch-up the watermark.


BTW watermarked-images are 'watermarked' for the obvious reasons (so people do not use them as their own)!! :D

Dear Vikram,

I suggest you try the following:

1. Convert the image to word format (this can be done for free. Just google "convert JPEG to word")
2. In word format it is possible that you see the watermark separate from the image. The watermark alone may be deleted.

See if this helps.

As suggested by another member, Photoshop may be helpful too.
