Mere pyare dosto haryana and UP ke jaaton mei aaj bhi ghani dikkat yehi hai ke abhi bhi female foeticide ki baatei dimag se nahi nikli hai.Hum sab ye to pran kar hi sakte hai ke apne family and Relatives ko batyein ki agar isi tarah ladki bhrun hatya hoti rahi to hamara fu:)ture kya aur kitna reh jayega.

There are certain ways that may change this attitude:
1.Govt has created a no. of oppurtunities and special previliges for girls but the way how to avail them and the benefits from them still needs to be communicated to the uneducated and less aware people.Once they know the entire path and the future of girl child in India,the attitude may change.Like dowry is illegal in India,but still people think a girl child will add on to financial liability on them
2.Conditioning of mind needs to be changed right from the roots.Not only the younger generations need to be invoked but the mindset of whole society that is related in one or the other way.

aur poori society ko jaagrook krke hi is problem ko hataya ja sakta hai...

I totally agree.

It seems people (men and women both ) are removing earths beauty in many ways... like cutting down green trees and so on......

It is very complicated to me that why grandmothers, mothers wants a boy even being a girl !!!!

Yes this is the time we need to understand that daughters are no less than sons, in fact they are doing better in many areas. This is really astonishing fact that women themselves do not prefer a girl child but again the reason might be pressure from the in-laws side who always want a male child. Earlier people used to take girls as burden due to dowry n other things. But things have changed now and girls have become independent and they are capable enough to earn their livelihood.
Another reason which would have provoked girl's killing might be the fear that who will take care of the parents in their old age. That is also not the case now a days due to good medical facilities and availability to people.
One more thing - "Everyone want a Bahu but no one wants a daughter". Male and female are two integral parts of society and any misbalance will cause major issues.

This is the time to spread awareness among the people to fight one of the biggest evil of our society- female foeticide.
