सल्लुराम भी घणा माडा था , ऊह ताहि सलाह देवन खातर एक तागा चाल्या था , एर ऊह का वजन भी कई किलो बध्ग्या था .तागा चाल्दिं-चाल्दिं | तू भी के तो वो तागा पढ़ ले एर ना सल्लुराम पे सलाह ले ले |

Don't need to do much... keep track of only 3 things-
1. Good exercise: should be as per your capability.. in the beginning you can start with Sun Salutation and other yogasans. When you are more comfortable you can add desi dand and baithak to your exercise routine.
2. Good food: Food items like milk, curd, ghee, pulses and fruits(especially Banana after lunch) are very good. Try to have daliya once in a day. Stop taking spicy food and refrain from taking tea and coffee.
3. Good rest: Sleep on time and rest yourself at least 7-8 hours.

This will take time but you will start getting results in 2 months, but need to follow religiously. All the best!!

ha ha .. I still have doubt on that Ravinder ji.. As per Salluram's latest photo, I don't think he was able to gain any weight. Only Salluram can confirm.

Good relaxing exercise and yoga will surely help you.

And make it a habit for 4-5 months at least, if you break the routine in between then you may not be benefited.

Bhai meri height 5'7 hai aur vajan sirf 56-57 hi hai. 2-3 dinon se maine vyayaam shuru kiya hai. aap salaah dete rahiye. aapki post padh ke mujhe badi khushi hoti hai. aadha vajan to mera isse hi badh jayega. THANKS TO ALL JL MEMBER.

Do everything on schedule
Wake up before 6 AM
Exercise for atleast 30 min. ( depends on choice)
Rest for 15 min. after exercise
Bath & breakfast
Do your daily schedule
Lunch at 1PM
Light food at 4 PM
Dinner at 8PM
Bed at 10 PM

Baaki weight jitna kam reh utna e badhiya

उठन की तो न्यू है क 5 बजे ताई आपणा सपना ख़त्म हो ही जावे गई जोर्र लगा के,
व्यायाम कदे कर लेवां हाँ कदे कोनी पर मोर्निंग वाल्क पर जरूर जवान हाँ 30 क मिनट,
उसके बाद आराम हो ज्या है आधेक घंटे को,
फिर नहा के breakfast ( गाँव आलो सो , आप जानो ही हो ) कर लेवा हाँ,
लंच की तो न्यू है क 11 क बजे सलटा देवा,
3 -साढ़े 3 बजे जे ताबे आज्य तो फेर नंबर लगया के ,
रात ने 9 बजे ने रोटियाँ अन्दर पहुंचा के हर 10 - साढ़े 10 तक सो ही जावा हाँ..


ठीक ठाक सो ही लगे है....
कोई चेंज की जरुरत लग तो बता दिए .......
कोशिश कर ल्या गे ....



और प्रवीण भाई..
खूब खाया कर धाप के और मस्त रहे कर , जिवें कह्य करे है टेंसन फ्री ....
देखिये आपे आप ही सुधर जय गा ..
मेने तो लागे है तू खावे पीवे तो खूब सै तेने तो फिकर ही खा गया....

meri salaah maan tai mashini(GYM) dei thik naa hai.......desi dand hi theek rawengi...ar eb ke jaada me apna goond ghalwa le...tadke saanj dand pel..garmiya taai tann apne aap e fark dikh jaa gaa.

yaar rakesh.....haryane ke baalkaa ne kyun sahari pappu banaan laag ra sai........weight tai jitna kam howe thik sai...par sharir kati mazboot hona chahiye....ar wo bana desi ghee khaye ar dand pele bina na ho...arr haryana me tai desi ghee us tariya bhi mil a jaa sai....haan wa baat aur sai...ak bhaa 500 tai pauch liya

ar suji ki khoye ki barfi bane hain joki hazam karan khater special exercise chahiye. Mehnat karte ho to kuch bhi khao par wajan mat badhne do na to gode tawle bol jyange.

apart from exercise, healthy eating is very important - inclusion of lots of fruits and vegetables, healthy oil (such as olive), low salt and spices, good company, low stress in life, work that one love's to do - all are important for health.

fresh fruits(seasonal)
green vegetable either soup or cooked.
a little yoga in morning.
its d key to glowing skin n super stamina,n gud immune system.

kade delhi ke haalaat rewari aale tai samjhaav sai..tam sar khaye tai aaj taai koi pahlwan banaa sai..tam sar tai lugai bhi khawe sai....ve k palwan ban gi...rahi baat excercise ki tai vo to gaam ka hoga tai...ghar aale apne aap a kara de ge..

Whatever you have said is very true indeed but the time you mentioned there is something not available to all. :)

For the cause of maintaining good health one has to spare some time for yoga and exercises !
