1> She is the wife of an acclaimed business icon whose company is ranked among 25 best-run companies in the world. In those days when Telco's recruitment ads carried a clause `ladies need not apply', she penned down a letter to JRD Tata, suggesting that Telco would be a loser if it didn't recruit her. Appreciating her guts and enthusiasm, JRD changed the company's recruitment policy immediately. Who is she?

2. In 1979, two American executives were imprisoned without charge in Iran when Ayatollah Khomeini deposed the Shah of Iran. Vinay and Simran are correct for answer 1 & 3.
Answer for 2 is interesting.
It is Ross Perot

Ross Perot hatched a daring plot to save members of his corporation who are being held hostage by the Iranian government. He first tried using his clout and influence in Washington but when that does not work he hired a team of mercenaries to go to Iran to free the hostages and return unharmed to the United States. This was later turned into best selling novel by Ken Follett
