जमीन अधिग्रहण विषय पर पहले भी कई बार विचार विमर्श हो चुका हे | क्या कारण हे की इस समस्या का निदान नही हो पा रहा | जनता की सरकार ,जनता ले लिए ना होकर भ्रष्टआचार के लिए काम कर रही हे | विभिन्न प्रदेशों की विभिन्न नीतियाँ हैं जमीन अधिग्रहण के बारे में | कोई अध्यादेश हे जो पुरे देश में जमीन अधिग्रहण निति के बारे में हे जिस को संसद में रखना हे पर सरकार कई साल से उसको लटका कर बेठी हे मेरा मानना हे की :-
१) विकास के लिए अधिग्रण होना जरूरी हे पर उचित मुआवजे के साथ |
२) विस्थापितों को अधिग्रहण से पहले फिर से बसाया जाना चाहिए ,वरना वे सालों तक भटकते रह जाते हैं |
३) किसानों के पास जमीन के अलावा और कोई कमाई का साधन नहीं हे ,उनको रोजगार पहले दे देना चाहिए |

नेता मैले गमछे हैं ,
अफसर उनके चमचे हैं ,
सिपाही हो या किसान ,
मरता गरीब का बेटा जवान |
नोएडा के भट्ठा और अन्य गाँव में जो हे रहा हे वो एक प्रकार का सरकारी आतंकवाद हे और इसका विरोध होना चाहिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर |

Yeh ek atyant khatarnaak stithi hai, UP sarkaar kisano ke daman pe uttar aayi hai, unki jameen chheen li jaati hai aune-paune daam dekar unhe rozgaar ka koi shrota nahi diya jaata, fir wahi jammen sarkaar udyogpatiyo ko 20 gune rate pe bechti hai...ek kisan ko kya milta hai, uski rozi roti ka saadhan chheen liya jaata hai aur usse koi naya rozgaar nahi diya jaata to fir kisaan bagawat ke siwa kiya karenge, yeh bagawat to honi hi thi aur Jat kisano ne isse suru kiya hai kyounki iss jaum ke liye jammen se pyari cheez koi nahi hai...1 jat kisan neta manveer singh tewatia pe 50 hazzar ka inaam rakha hai sarkaar ne..anya 4 par 10-15 hazzar ka inaam hai....aur vidambana yeh hai..iss ladai main pe PAC ka jawan marya gaya wo bhi jat tha..PAC ko waha se hata diya gaya kyopunki sarkaar ko laga ki wo kisano ke saath narmi barat rahi hai.........agar kisan polic ewaalo ko bhi maarenge to wo bhi apne hi log marenge.. par DM aur SSP dono pe goli thook di kisano ne....DM aur SSP kutte ki tarah jaan bachakar bhhaage..dono ghayal hai aur ICU main bhari hai.....yeh aag ab har taraf fai;lti jaa rahi hai..jatoien ke alawa doosri kisan jaatiya jaisse gujjar , tyagi , rajput bhi uth khade hue hai..poora gaam ek chawni bana hua hai...gaam ke mobile tower kaat diye gaye hai...

Today jats are fighting jats in the family that is why the dalits and muslim combine are snatching their lands. This land is sold to companies like JP which is a front for Mayawatis business empire a land acquired at 600 rupes a yard is sold immediatedly for 4000 a yard when will we jats wake up. Vidambana ye hai ki ye visthapan bahut se parivar bigad ke chala jata hai. Log parivar mein hi ek doosre ke hisse par najar dalne lagte hein. Aur iss phoot ka faeda gunda log lete hein.

Abhi pichale dino hi ek case ka pata chala jismein. 5 bhaiyon ki jameen 2 bhai milke galat allotment karva gae DDA walon se milke. Aur jab tak baki 3 bhaiyon ko pata chala dwarka mein 400 gaj ka commercial plot 1 crore mein ek Dabang ko bech diya. Aur jab uss dabang ke bare mein pata kiya. To pata chala ki Vasant kunj mein Nangli-devat (Opposite to Mahipalpur) joki airport ke vistar ke liye visthapit kiya gaya hai ki ... lagbhag aadhi jameen iss dabang ne kabja lee hai by hook aur crook.

Ultimately who is the victim? the people who have sacrificed their land for development of the nation. What a pity.

Aur bade hi Garv/Sharam ki baat hai ki sab parties jat hein :) Aur jis dabang ki baat ho rahi hai wo apne ek aache jat (:)) leader ke najdeeke hein.

सभी राज्यों के जट्टों को एक साथ आ जाना चाहिए | चाहे अधिग्रण कहीं भी हो रहा हो ,इसका पुरजोर विरोध होना चाहिए | अखिल भारतीय जाट सभा को और भारतीय किसान यूनियन को इसमें आगे आना चाहिए |

Farmers should form a party just on this issue and stand for elections. There should be nothing else on agenda as it'd divide them. Just one point agenda that we want a better deal when land acquisition takes place, otherwise it doesn't take place. If fighting elections is impractical, just form a big pressure group and say we'd get you elected if you implement this. Ask the parties to give a specific time frame and a specific law that would be implemented. Rather than forming the law after coming to power, the bill should be prepared beforehand and visible to everyone. Vote for the party which gives the best bill and best timeframe. If they still don't implement it, their bluff is called. Vote them out for ever.

Right now, the business houses give money to politicians to fight elections. The politicians appeal to their vote banks (caste, religion, etc.) promising vague things like social justice to them. Once they come to power, they hand over assets to the business houses. Whether it is 2G, CWG or land grabs, this is the theme. The politicians keep making vague promises as it suits them perfectly. When they don't implement anything, it is easy for them to talk about various hurdles. And then they hand over assets by stealth to business houses in the name of growth.

India does need industries, development and growth. But it can be done much more transparently and fairly than it is being done now.

There is another issue of injustice has come to light, If kishan has sold some land to some people, given them full possession long time back, but lateron if govt acquires some other land of this farmer, while making payment, cheques will be given to all who purchased land from the farmer, even if the farmer is sole owner of the acquired land---- it is happening in Haryana only. Does any brother has any knowledge on the subject, please comment

I am totally agree..............Jat is now being victimised by his own brothers.There is no unity left in Jat brothers. The problem with all JAAts is that they can be influenced very easily by anyone. We trust third person more than that our own brother. The community gets divided into many parts that's why the old members of the community are missing their old days.
