Misuse of Domestic Violence Act.

The Domestic Violence Act was formed to stop the Domestic Violence against women but now it is being misused to such an extent that women suffering from its misuse have far outnumbered the women suffering from Domestic Violence. It is necessary to take steps to stop the misuse of this Act to prevent the family system of India from breaking down and at the same time ensure justice to genuinely abused women.

This will break the faith of a good person in marriages, I realized after witnessing some cases. I know the families which are facing this untrue and cruel act against them, and the girl's family just love to have money. They even don't care about girl's future.

I can only wish that God can punish bad people, as in this world, they are ruling. We need to be very careful, otherwise life is hell here.

when an act or rule is made,its for good but der r people who can find loopholes in system.

this domestic violence is not the only thing which need some attention.der is dowry act which is hghly misused by a little educated n cheap persons

as per industrial law,u cant show profit by reevaluating ur assets but reliance show a huge profit on tat basis only after distribution

n these loop holes are also used by the guilty party for their benefit bcoz in our sysytem der is some kinda rule in which benefit of doubt is given unless der is some concrete evidence against them.

n most imp if these loop holes r filled den how will our politicians survive??????
