Admin /Moderators से अनुरोध है की अगर हो सके तो कृपया करके निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों के उतर देने के कष्ट करें :

१. JL पर मौजूद Admin /Moderators की कूल संख्या से हमें अवगत कराया जाये |
और उनके नाम व अन्य परिचय भी दिया जाये |
इस से हम सभी JL मेम्बरान को उनसे interaction करने मैं सहूलियत रहेंगी |

२. अगर हो सके तो ये भी बताने का कष्ट करें की Admin /Moderators का चुनाव किन तथ्यों के अनुसार किया जाता है?
और इनके कार्यकाल का क्या समय निर्धारित किया गया है?

३. इस साईट को चलने के लिए पैसो का परबंध कहाँ से होता है?

४. इस वेबसाइट का main Owner कोन है?अगर हो सके तो कृपया नाम बताने का कष्ट करें |

५. क्या निकट भविष्य में Education /Career counselling /Get to Gether Events का कुछ विचार भी रखा गया है?

६. किसी भी thread को delete करने से पहले २ admin आपस में विचार विमर्श करते हैं ?या फिर jo भी एक admin उस समय online हो वो उसको अपनी इच्छा अनुसार डिलीट कर सकता है?

७. इस वेबसाइट पर हर तरफ(हरियाणा/पंजाब/राजस्थान/यूपी/दिल्ली) का जाट ऑनलाइन होता है.
जिनकी भाषा और व्यव्हार थोडा थोडा सा अलग अलग होता ही है |
क्या यहाँ Admin बनाते समय इन् भाषा व व्यव्हार का परिचय रखने वालो को भी सेलेक्ट किया जाना चाहिए? जिस से लोगो में misunderstandings कम हो threads पर?

All of these questions have been asked a bunch of times before but I will answer them again.

#1 has been answered by Sumit already. You can see the same list here:

#2 We look for people who show an unbiased tendency and a sane head on their shoulders. They should have been controversy free as a member and active in their participation. We also look for people in different time zones so that someone can be at Jatland 24-7.
There is usually no expiration date on a moderator's duties. Remember that this is a volunteer job. People come and go.

#3 I pay for the site's services. I get some help from the ads that are shown and clicked on by the public (non members).

#4 I pay for the site but the real owners are the members of Jatland without whom the site is nothing.

#5 All of the items that you have brought up have been discussed numerous times on Jatland. There have been several get togethers of Jatland members and a lot of members have become life long friends. We have also gotten hundreds of couples married through our free matrimonial service. If any of you want to participate or donate your time and money to a social cause, there is nothing better than bhai Navin Gulia's ADAA organization (http://www.adaa.in/) which has been a topic of discussion on Jatland for quite some time. I am certain that all help would be welcome.

#6 We have certain rules at Jatland. Profanity, finger pointing, name calling and otherwise lewd behavior typically gets a thread/post deleted along with an infraction for the author. Also, if some discussion has become very heated, then moderators can come in and calm things down by deleting inflammatory threads or posts. I can assure you that a vast majority of threads are untouched by moderators but we do allow our moderators the freedom to delete posts without having to confer with others. Of course, our members have an option to get in touch with us through the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the forums page if they feel like they have been treated unfairly. We will review it and take appropriate action. Several posts and threads have been undeleted in the past by us where we felt the moderators actions were a bit too harsh.

#7 To us a Jat is a Jat no matter where he currently lives or what his background is. Even though we don't care about this particular point while selecting a moderator, we coincidentally have moderators from UP, Haryana and Rajasthan.

Nitin started the site. He still helps with some technical issues from time to time but is no longer associated with the day to day activities of the site.
