New moderator

Hi everyone,
We have been a little light on the moderation side recently so we decided to add one more moderator. Her name is Neetu Sharawat. She is based in Delhi and is a software pro. She has been a Jatland member for several years and has been off and on during the entire time.
Please join me in inviting Neetu in this new role and bear with us while she learns the nuances of the job.

and there should be a specific time limit for the chosen moderator - say 2 months or so. After that fresh elections for a new moderator or the same moderator but through fresh elections.

Je to insaaf khatir aande ar bahre ho jawe to ghana badhiya sai,,ar je personally faisle karan laage to galat sai,,jama galat,, par Neetu to theek lage sai manne,, kai din hoge JL pe dikhi to koni ( main b na tha.. :P)
