Sir, RBI doesn't give its guidelines in jpeg images and starts as "Public news 4 a true Indian". Is there an original RBI guideline stating this figure/appeal? This is a facebook forward, and originally had SBI instead of RBI!!

Bhai Kapil... sach batun to mujhe nahi pata ki yeh baat kitni sahi h or kitni galat... par mujhe kuch pata chala isi liye idhar share kiya taki jise bhi is bare mein achi tarah se pata ho voh bata sake nahi to meri tarah or bhi kai honge jinhone ise padha hoga or kuch ne sahi maan liya hoga...
discussion karke hi pata chalta h ki kya thik h or kya galat...
Vaise main itna to janta hun ki agar hum kisi dollar par kuch likhe or change karwane jayen to voh change nahi hota or koi change karta bhi h to kam rate deta h or same thing apne rupiye pe bhi hum likhte h or India ke bahar (Asian Countries only.. baki desho mein kanhi change nahi hoga and that too unofficially) ise change karvate hain to naye note ka jayda rate milta h..purane ka kum or jispe kuch likha hota h to voh change nahi hota...Iska matlab hum apni currency ki value kum kar rahe hain... hume na sahi par humari likhne ki vagah se humare hi kisi bhai ka nuksan to ho raha h...
And sorry agar aap ko laga ho ki main idhar gyan baat raha hun yeh samajh kar ki mujhe yeh sab pata h... main idhar sirh kuch information share kar raha hun jo mujhe kanhi se pata chali yeh soch kar ki if it is true than it will help others and if it is not true than somebody will correct it...
