Turmeric root is really gud for health.only caution to be used is that use it in very small quantities.
1.milk boiled with grated ginger and turmeric is really gud for joints.you can add one elaichi to make it taste better.
2
in morning before brushing teeth take a thin slice of turmeric add pinch of salt and chew it .its really gud for gum health. salt and turmeric are antibacterial,antiseptic.surprisingly it does not stain your teeth.
3 it can be added in very small amounts to tea also.you wont feel the difference in taste.
please suggest if you know any other ways to use it or any side effects and benefits.

हल्दी वास्तव में एक अच्छी देशी जडी बूटी है. खांसी के समय चूसने से आराम मिलता है.

Curcumin, the active ingredient in Haldi, has many health benefits, including anti-cancer, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is widely used in Dal and sabzi. So, why does anybody need to chew it? Unless, some acute injury.

chewing will help to get it mixed with saliva and go inside gums.salt will help to kill bacteria.in india colgate has made toothpaste with salt.

it is as good as oil pulling which is ancient ayurvedic practice to help body get rid of toxins.
chewing will help to get it mixed with saliva and go inside gums.salt will help to kill bacteria.in india colgate has made toothpaste with salt.

जा माड़ी -मोटि चोट लाग्ज्या ते उह पे भी हल्दी अर सरसम के तेल का मिश्रण ला दिया करें घा सड़े कोणी अर तावला पपड़ा जाया करे | ग़ुम चोट लाग्ज्या ते उह में भी दूध में हल्दी उबाल के अर देशी घी गेर के पियाँ तें भी तुरंत आराम होया करे |

१ चम्मच्च हल्दी को गुनगुने दूध में मिलाकर रात को सोने से पहले २ -३ दिन लें खांसी ठीक हो जाएगी. स्वाद अच्छा न लगे तो दूध में चीनी भी मिला सकते हैं.
