"You are meant to have a amazing life!

You are meant to have everything You love and desire. Your work is meant to be exciting, and You are meant to accomplish all the things You would love to accomplish. .... You are meant to to be living Your dreams - all of them! ....

When You wake up each day, You should be filled with excitement because You know the day is going to be full of great things. You are meant to be laughing and full of joy. You are meant to feel strong and safe. You are meant to feel good about Yourself and know You're invaluable. Of course there will be challenges in life, and You are meant to have them too, because they help You to grow, but You are meant to know how to overcome problems and challenges. You are meant to be victorious! You are meant to be happy! You are meant to have an amazing life! ....

You were not born to live a life where the moments of joy are few and far between. .... You were not born to live with limited energy, feeling exhausted at the end of each day. You were not born to be worried or afraid. You were not born to suffer. What would be the point of Your life ? You are meant to experience life to its fullest and have everything You want and, at the same time, be filled with joy, health, vitality, excitement, and love, because that is an amazing life!

The life of Your dreams, everything You would love to be, do, or have, has always been closer to You than You knew, because the power to everything You want is inside You!"

“People are afraid of themselves, of their own reality; their feelings most of all. People talk about how great love is, but that’s bullshit. Love hurts. Feelings are disturbing. People are taught that pain is evil and dangerous. How can they deal with love if they’re afraid to feel? Pain is meant to wake us up. People try to hide their pain. But they’re wrong. Pain is something to carry, like a radio. You feel your strength in the experience of pain. It’s all in how you carry it. That’s what matters. Pain is a feeling. Your feelings are a part of you. Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you’re letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain.”

But the moment you say that it is a beautiful sunset, you are no longer feeling it; you have come back to your separate, enclosed entity of the ego. Now the mind is speaking. And this is one of the mysteries, that the mind can speak, and knows nothing; and the heart knows everything, and cannot speak. Perhaps to know too much makes it difficult to speak; the mind knows so little, it is possible for it to speak."

Spirituality is the concept of an ultimate or an alleged immaterial reality (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reality);[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-0) an inner path (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Involution_%28philosophy%29) enabling a person to discover the essence of his/her being; or the "deepest values and meanings by which people live."[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-1) Spiritual practices (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiritual_practice), including meditation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meditation), prayer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prayer) and contemplation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contemplation), are intended to develop an individual's inner life. Spiritual experiences can include being connected (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connected) to a larger reality, yielding a more comprehensive self (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self); joining with other individuals or the human (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human) community (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community); with nature (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nature) or the cosmos (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmos); or with the divine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divinity) realm.[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-2) Spirituality is often experienced as a source of inspiration or orientation in life.[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-3) It can encompass belief (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belief) in immaterial realities or experiences of the immanent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immanent) or transcendent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcendence_%28religion%29) nature of the world.

Traditionally, many religions have regarded spirituality as an integral aspect of religious experience (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religious_experience). Among other factors, declining membership of organized religions and the growth of secularism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secularism) in the western world (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_culture) have given rise to a broader view of spirituality.[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-4) The term "spiritual" is now frequently used in contexts in which the term "religious" was formerly employed; compare James (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_James)' 1902 lectures on the "Varieties of Religious Experience".[6] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-5)[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-6)
Secular spirituality (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secular_spirituality) emphasizes humanistic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humanistic) ideas on qualities such as love, compassion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compassion), patience, tolerance, forgiveness, contentment, responsibility, harmony, and a concern for others[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-Dalai-7):22, aspects of life and human experience which go beyond a purely materialist view of the world, without necessarily accepting belief in a supernatural reality or divine being. Spiritual practices such as mindfulness and meditation can be experienced as beneficial or even necessary for human fulfillment without any supernatural interpretation or explanation. Spirituality in this context may be a matter of nurturing thoughts, emotions, words and actions that are in harmony with a belief that everything in the universe is mutually dependent; this stance has much in common with some versions of Buddhist spirituality. A modern definition is as follows:

"Spirituality exists wherever we struggle with the issues of how our lives fit into the greater scheme of things. This is true when our questions never give way to specific answers or give rise to specific practices such as prayer or meditation. We encounter spiritual issues every time we wonder where the universe comes from, why we are here, or what happens when we die. We also become spiritual when we become moved by values such as beauty, love, or creativity that seem to reveal a meaning or power beyond our visible world. An idea or practice is "spiritual" when it reveals our personal desire to establish a felt-relationship with the deepest meanings or powers governing life."[9] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-8)
The psychology of religion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychology_of_religion) uses a variety of metrics to measure spirituality.[10] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-kapuscinski10-9)
Spiritual path In a wide variety of traditions, spirituality is seen as a path toward one or more of the following: a higher state of awareness, perfection of one's own being, wisdom, or communion with God (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God) or with creation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creation_myth). Plato (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plato)'s Allegory of the Cave (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allegory_of_the_Cave), which appears in book VII of The Republic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Republic_%28Plato%29), is a description of such a journey, as are the writings of Teresa of Avila (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teresa_of_Avila). The Vedas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vedas) and Upanishads (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upanishads) also describe such a path of transformation.[citation needed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)]
Disciplines such a path entail may include meditation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meditation), prayer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prayer), and the contemplation of sacred texts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacred_text); ethical (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethic) development.[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-Dalai-7) Love and/or compassion are often described as the mainstay of spiritual development.[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-Dalai-7)[11] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-10)

Religion Whilst the terms spirituality and religion both relate to a search for an Absolute or God (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God), and thus have much overlap, there are also characteristic differences in their usage. Religion implies a particular faith tradition that includes acceptance of a metaphysical or supernatural reality;[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-Dalai-7):22, whereas spirituality is not necessarily bound to any particular religious tradition. Thus William Irwin Thompson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Irwin_Thompson) suggest that "religion is the form spirituality takes in a civilization."[12] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-11)
Those who speak of spirituality outside of religion often define themselves as "spiritual but not religious" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SBNR) and generally believe in the existence of different "spiritual paths," emphasizing the importance of finding one's own individual path to spirituality. According to one poll, about 24% of the United States population identifies itself as spiritual but not religious.[13] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-12)
Spirituality within particular religious traditions In the Catholic Church (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catholic_Church), spirituality is generally seen as an integral part of religion, as much for the laity as for the 'religious' (i.e. those who have taken vows to the Church). There is a variety of charisms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charism) that emphasize particular ways to serve God and humanity. See Catholic spirituality (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catholic_spirituality), Ignatian spirituality (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ignatian_spirituality).
For Anglican (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anglican) spirituality, see Anglican devotions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anglican_devotions).
Science See also: Relationship between religion and science (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relationship_between_religion_and_science)
Since the scientific revolution (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Science_in_the_Age_of_Enlightenment), the relationship of science to religion and spirituality has developed in complex ways.[14] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-13)[15] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-SandR-14) Historian John Hedley Brooke (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Hedley_Brooke) describes wide variations: "the natural sciences have been invested with religious meaning, with antireligious implications and, in many contexts, with no religious significance at all."[15] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-SandR-14):16 The popular notion of antagonisms between science and religion[16] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-15)[17] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-16) has historically originated with "thinkers with a social or political ax to grind" rather than with the natural philosophers themselves.[15] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-SandR-14):13 Though physical and biological scientists today avoid supernatural (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supernatural) explanations to describe reality (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nature)[18] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-17)[19] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-18)[20] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-19) (see naturalism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naturalism_%28philosophy%29)), many scientists continue to consider science and spirituality to be complementary, not contradictory.[21] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-20)[22] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-21) Neuroscientists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroscience) are trying to learn more about how the brain functions during reported spiritual experiences.[23] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-22)[24] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-23)
During the twentieth century the relationship between science and spirituality has been influenced both by Freudian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freud) psychology, which has accentuated the boundaries between the two areas by accentuating individualism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Individualism) and secularism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secularism), and by developments in particle physics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Particle_physics), which reopened the debate about complementarity (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relationship_between_religion_and_science) between scientific and religious discourse and rekindled for many an interest in holistic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holistic) conceptions of reality.[15] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-SandR-14):322 These holistic conceptions were championed by New Age (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Age) spiritualists in a type of quantum mysticism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_mysticism) that they claim justifies their spiritual beliefs,[25] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-Capra-24)[26] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-25) though quantum physicists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_mechanics) themselves on the whole reject such attempts as being pseudoscientific (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pseudoscience).[27] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-26)[28] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-27)
Personal well-being In keeping with a general increase in interest in spirituality and complementary and alternative treatments (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_medicine), prayer has garnered attention among some behavioral scientists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Behavioral_science). Masters and Spielmans[29] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-28) have conducted a meta-analysis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meta-analysis) of the effects of distant intercessory (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intercession) prayer, but detected no discernible effects.
Spirituality has played a central role in self-help (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-help) movements such as Alcoholics Anonymous (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcoholics_Anonymous): "...if an alcoholic failed to perfect and enlarge his spiritual life through work and self-sacrifice for others, he could not survive the certain trials and low spots ahead...."[30] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-29)
Philosophers across many traditions, from Stoicism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stoicism) to Buddhism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddhism), have suggested that a spiritual practice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiritual_practice) is essential for personal well being. Such practices do not necessarily include a belief in supernatural beings. Contemporary authors, too, suggest that spirituality develops inner peace (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inner_peace) and forms a foundation for happiness (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happiness). Meditation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meditation) and similar practices may help any practitioner cultivate his or her inner life (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Introspection) and character.[31] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-30)[unreliable source? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Identifying_reliable_sources)] [32] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-31)

Near-death experience (NDE) Main article: Near death experience (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Near_death_experience)
If consciousness (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consciousness) exists apart from the body, which includes the brain, one is attached not only to the material world, but to a non-temporal (spiritual) world as well. This thesis is considered to be analyzed by testing the reports from people who have experienced death (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death). However, some researchers consider that NDEs are actually REM (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapid_eye_movement_sleep) intrusions triggered in the brain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_brain) by traumatic events like cardiac arrest (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardiac_arrest).[33] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-32)
Sacredness Social scientists have defined spirituality as the search for "the sacred (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacred)," where "the sacred" is broadly defined as that which is set apart from the ordinary and worthy of veneration. Spirituality can be sought not only through traditional organized religions, but also through movements such as the feminist theology (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feminist_theology) and ecological spirituality (see Green politics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_politics)). Spirituality is associated with mental health (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mental_health), managing substance abuse (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Substance_abuse), marital (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marriage) functioning, parenting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parenting), and coping (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life_skills). It has been suggested that spirituality also leads to finding purpose and meaning in life (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meaning_of_life).[34] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-PP11-33)
Origin See Timeline of religion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_religion) and Evolutionary origin of religions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evolutionary_origin_of_religions)
History See also: History of religion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_religion)
Words translatable as 'spirituality' first began to arise in the 5th century and only entered common use toward the end of the Middle Ages.[35] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-34) Spiritual innovators who operated within the context of a religious tradition often became marginalized (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marginalized) or suppressed as heretics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heresy) or separated out as schismatics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schism_%28religion%29). In these circumstances, anthropologists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthropologist) generally treat so-called "spiritual" practices such as shamanism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shamanism) in the sphere of the religious, and class even non-traditional activities such as those of Robespierre's Cult of the Supreme Being (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cult_of_the_Supreme_Being) in the province of religion.[36] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-35)
Eighteenth-century Enlightenment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_Enlightenment) thinkers, often opposed to clericalism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clericalism) and skeptical of religion, sometimes came to express their more emotional responses to the world under the rubric of "the Sublime" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sublime_%28philosophy%29) rather than discussing "spirituality". The spread of the ideas of modernity (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modernity) began to diminish the role of religion in society and in popular thought.[citation needed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)] Ralph Waldo Emerson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ralph_Waldo_Emerson) (1803–1882) was a pioneer of the idea of spirituality as a distinct field.[37] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-36) Important early 20th century writers who studied the phenomenon of spirituality, and their works, include William James (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_James), The Varieties of Religious Experience (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Varieties_of_Religious_Experience) (1902), and Rudolph Otto (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolph_Otto), especially The Idea of the Holy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Idea_of_the_Holy) (1917).[citation needed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)] The distinction between the spiritual and the religious became more common in the popular mind during the late 20th century with the rise of secularism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secularism) and the advent of the New Age (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Age) movement. Authors such as Chris Griscom (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Griscom) and Shirley MacLaine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shirley_MacLaine) explored it in numerous ways in their books. Paul Heelas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Heelas) noted the development within New Age circles of what he called "seminar spirituality":[38] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-37) structured offerings complementing consumer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consumerism) choice with spiritual options.
Study In the late 19th century a Pakistani scholar Khwaja Shamsuddin Azeemi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khwaja_Shamsuddin_Azeemi) wrote of and taught about the science of Islamic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic) spirituality, of which the best known form remains the Sufi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sufi) tradition (famous through Rumi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rumi) and Hafiz (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hafiz_Shirazi)) in which a spiritual master or pir (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pir_%28Sufism%29) transmits spiritual discipline to students.[39] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-38)
Building on both the Western esoteric tradition (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_mystery_tradition) and theosophy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theosophy),[40] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-39) Rudolf Steiner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Steiner) and others in the anthroposophic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthroposophy) tradition have attempted to apply systematic methodology to the study of spiritual phenomena,[41] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-40) building upon ontological (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ontological) and epistemological (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epistemological) questions that arose out of transcendental philosophy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcendental_philosophy).[42] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality#cite_note-41) This enterprise does not attempt to redefine natural science, but to explore inner experience – especially our thinking – with the same rigor that we apply to outer (sensory) experience.

Perhaps Gautam buddha was the first person who saw clearly "who am I". . Buddha said that enlightenment is " no suffering" but he is silent on what will be left after " no suffering" so intentionally he left that on us to feel that. Here are some quotes from the greatest spiritual teacher of the world.

- Peace comes from within, don't search it outside
- It is better to travel well than to arrive
- You can not travel on a path until you become the path itself

“The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on an individual level. It's got to happen inside first.”

“I'm simply saying that there is a way to be sane. I'm saying that you can
get rid of all this insanity created by the past in you. Just by being a simple
witness of your thought processes.

It is simply sitting silently, witnessing the thoughts, passing before you.
Just witnessing, not interfering not even judging, because the moment you
judge you have lost the pure witness. The moment you say “this is good, this
is bad,” you have already jumped onto the thought process.

It takes a little time to create a gap between the witness and the mind. Once
the gap is there, you are in for a great suprise, that you are not the mind, that
you are the witness, A watcher.

And this process of watching is the very alchemy of real religion. Because as
you become more and more deeply rooted in witnessing, thoughts start
disappearing. You are, but the mind is utterly empty.

That’s the moment of enlightenment. That is the moment that you become for
the first time an unconditioned, sane, really free human being.”
