It will be helpful if u provide some details like area(Square feet,Yards), Expectations, etc.

The house is built on 308 sq yards. Extremely nice location as it is within 8 kms of Connaught Place, 4 kms of Karol Bagh and 3 km from metro station. Surrounded by greenery on 3 sides with Pusa Institute, Ridge jungle and Army area. As far as expectations are concerned, we would go with the market rate. Best offer will win.
