दिसंबर २०१३ में हुए विधान सभा चुनाव में दिल्ली से दस जाट विधायक चुने गए । इनमे से आठ विधायक भारतीय जनता पार्टी से है,एक आम आदमी पार्टी से और एक निर्दलीय चुना गया है ।
जाट विधायकों की सूची इस प्रकार है --

इस बार जाट बहुत नाराज़ थे कांग्रेस से । ऊपर से दिल्ली में भाजपा ने जाट बहुल बाहरी दिल्ली में दिल खोलकर जाटों को टिकट दी । जाट भी वफादार कौम है ,, गद्दारी नहीं करती । भाजपा को दिल खोलकर वोट दिए और जीताये भी | २०१० में दिल्ली नगर निगम में भाजपा तीनों उत्तरी ,दक्षिणी और पूर्वी जीती थी । उस समय भाजपा ने पूर्वी mcd से बिहारी को मेयर बनाया और बाकी दोनों से बनियों को मेयर बनाया । पर २०१२ में आने पर भाजपा को अपनी गलती का एहसास हुआ और उत्तरी mcd से मास्टर आज़ाद सिंह और दक्षिणी mcd से सविता चौधरी को मेयर बनाया । दोनों जाट हैं । इसका बहुत फायदा भाजपा को हुआ । अगर ऐसे ही भाजपा लोक सभा में भी जाट उम्मीदवार उतार दे तो जाट खुलकर साथ देंगे |

Bhai sidhi si bat hai political party has to woo everybody, to jahan jiska hold hai wahan usko ticket milti hai. Rahi baat bishnoi ki to wo thode din ka mehman se. BJP ILND alliance to hoke rahegi assembly elections se pehle. Me fir keh rha hun bhai, maine apna opinion LS elections ke chalte dia hai. दिल्ली में जाट कांग्रेस से इसलिए नाराज़ थे क्योंकि कांग्रेस ने उनकी अनदेखी की| बाहरी दिल्ली के ग्रामीण इलाके जहाँ जाट वोटरों की बहुतायत है वहाँ विकास न करवाना । रोड न बनवाना ,,बिजली पानी की समस्या ,,ये तो कारण थे ही ,,इसके अलावा जो बहुत बड़ा कारण है जिसकी वजह से जाट कांग्रेस के खिलाफ है वो है कांग्रेस द्वारा जाटों की ज़मीन लेकर उनपर झुग्गी झोपडी बनवा देना और वहाँ गैर कानूनी ढंग से बांग्लादेशी और बिहारी बसा देना । बिहारियों और बांग्लादेशियों ने सिर्फ जाटों का नहीं पूरी दिल्ली का जीना हराम कर दिया । एक तो इनकी जनसँख्या बहुत जल्दी बढ़ती है ऊपर से यह गंदगी मचाते है । इन झुग्गी झोपडी वालों को कांग्रेस फ्री में बिजली ,पानी और राशन देती थी । रहने के लिए जे जे कॉलोनी बनाकर दी जाटों की ज़मीन छीनकर ।
इन सब के कारण जाट दिल्ली में कांग्रेस के खिलाफ है आज से नहीं पिछले कई सालों से ।


जहाँ तक दिल्ली से लोक सभा उम्मीदवारों की बात है ,, पहले बाहरी दिल्ली की लोक सभा सीट हुआ करती थी जहाँ से जाट उम्मीदवार आराम से जीतता था ,, लेकिन 2009 के बाद delimitation के कारण इस लोक सभा सीट के दो टुकड़े हो गए -- West Delhi और South Delhi |South Delhi से तो अब भी जाट सांसद है -- रमेश कुमार (सिख दंगा आरोपी सज्जन कुमार का भाई ) ,, लेकिन West Delhi से बिहारी सांसद है -- महाबल मिश्रा |भाजपा इन दोनों सीट में से किसी एक पर जाट उम्मीदवार उतार दे । जाट मोदी की लहर में आराम से जीत सकता है |West Delhi से मनोज कुमार शौकीन और कुलवंत राणा बढ़िया उम्मीदवार हो सकते है । इसके अलावा साहिब सिंह वर्मा के बेटे और मेयर मास्टर आज़ाद सिंह के भतीजे प्रवेश वर्मा (जो मूलतः मुंडका के निवासी है ) वो भी उम्मीदवार हो सकते है । South Delhi से भी प्रवेश वर्मा और सत प्रकाश राणा उम्मीदवार हो सकते है |

भाजपा West Delhi सीट अकाली दल को भी दे सकती है क्योंकि इस सीट पर सिख वोटर बहुत ज्यादा है या फिर नवजोत सिद्धू को भी उतार सकती है |
जहाँ तक आम आदमी पार्टी की बात है ,, वो बिहारियों को सात में से तीन टिकट जरूर देगी लेकिन जाटों को लोक सभा में टिकट नहीं देगी । सांसद रमेश कुमार जाट होकर भी जाट विरोधी है ,, बिहारियों और झुग्गी वालो के वोट से जीते थे ।
आम आदमी पार्टी दिल्ली में दलित ,बनिए ,पंजाबी और बिहारियों के वोटों से जीती है । 28 में से 9 दलित विधायक है 'आप' के पास| 12 आरक्षित सीटों में से आप के 9,भाजपा के दो और कांग्रेस का एक उम्मीदवार जीता था |


बाहरी दिल्ली में केजरीवाल फ्लॉप था भले ही उसने भी जाट उम्मीदवार उतारे थे |केजरीवाल की पार्टी मायावती और कांग्रेस के वोट खा गयी । कारण था झाड़ू चुनाव चिह्न |

We JAT from Delhi Villages have lot of respect for Harsh Vardhan and Harsh Vardhan has lot respects for Jats of Delhi Villages and Dr.Sahib Singh Verma,
We know how much work was done by Delhi BJP during 93-98. No govt can do it in even 20 Years, Jats of Delhi Villages have no issue in working with Dr.Harsh Vardhan.

What a comment... You seem to know everything what I have in my mind. At first I thought I should ignore it. What made you think that I won't tolerate Jats winning from BJP or for that matter from any other party? I am not sure about your political understanding. When do you think I became politically conscious in my life? Just for your information, I have followed all the elections starting from second general election of India in 1957 when I was barely 5 yrs old and took part in the victory procession of Virendra Verma. I attended political rallies starting from third general election in 1962 when Nehru Came to Shamli. I know of Jan Sangh the mother party of BJP which was known Bania brahman party. In 1977 elections I followed Ch Charan Singh to all his rallies. I have interacted with almost all Jat politicians and know about them much better than you at least. Stop being judgmental of people about whom you hardly know anything. By the way, what is the history of Delhi Jat politics ? Delhi did not have even assembly till about 20 years back. Anyway.. I will leave it here.. Don't comment just for the sake of it.. I don't comment on all the threads on Jatland unless I have something worth to contribute or refute something.

Ever heard of Late Bhairon Singh Sekhawat of BJP ? Do you know how he treated Jats of Rajesthan? Do you know how Jansanghis played games with Charan Singh during Janta party rule? Though I have mentioned it earlier, I am not a BJP man. I am only for Modi and only Modi as PM under present political scenario in the country.

Unlike Haryana,jats don't have alternatives in Delhi .. So they vote for BJP not because BJP is pro Jat party but Congress is anti-Jat.
Everyone knows,Mundka,Rithala and Bijwasan were always strong-hold of BJP.
So this also BJP won from Rithala and Bijwasan but lost Mundka to Independent Rambeer Shokeen due to Master Azad Singh.
As far as Narela,Nangloi Jat,Matiala and Mehrauli are concerned there were Jat MLA's from Congress party on these seats before 2013.
Even from Palam,Dharm Dev Solanki was sitting 2 times MLA from BJP.

BJP won from Najafgarh because all the parties INC,BJP and AAP did not want independent heavy weight candidate Bharat Singh to win again from Najafgarh. So INC & AAP transferred their votes to BJP candidate at the last moment. Bharat Singh was still at second no.

Commando Surinder Singh won from Delhi Cantt. just because of AAP wave.It is a Gujjar dominated seat. Commando Surinder Singh defeated super rich candidate Karan Singh Tanwar of BJP.

If there was so much development in Delhi during 1993-98 during BJP regime,why 3 CMs were changed ?
After that why Congress won elections 3 times continuously with large margin ?
Why Sahib Singh Verma lost to Sajjan Kumar from Outer Delhi Lok Sabha in 2004 ?

Jats voted to BJP just because of anti-incumbency of Shiela Dixit,,not because BJP is a Jat favourable party.
As far as no. of tickets given to Jats is almost same,, both parties(Congress & BJP) gave 10 tickets to Jats with difference that BJP gave tickets in strong Jat hold areas.

BJP gave tickets to Biharis in Kirari and Dwarka whereas there were Jat candidates from Congress on these seats.Similarly Congress gave tickets to non-Jats on Najafgarh and Rithala seats.

Ch Charan Singh was the real architect of Janta Party. Everyone else climbed bandwagon. At last moment even Jagjeevan Ram left congress and joined Janta Party. Jansanghis too joined the party. Ch Charan Singh was the main claimant of PM ship. Unfortunately he fell sick and was resting at Suraj Kund. During all this Sanghis and others ganged up and Morar Ji Desai was elected PM. because of all this Charan Singh had an uneasy relationship with Sanghis and Morar Ji Desai. Ultimately Janta Party broke up and tactically congress extended external support to Charan Singh. It was a smart move by Sanjay Gandhi politically. I won't call it betrayal by congress. It was a smart strategy.
