MNREGA is a good scheme .. It has not been properly implemented ..
Central Government can just send funds to state government ,it can't check whether it has been properly implemented .
State Government has to check the Corruption in MNREGA .

There must be direct cash transfer in the bank account of beneficiaries of Scheme so Middle Men can't interfere and keep share of bebeficiaries in his own pocket .
With Direct Cash Transfer using Aadhar(biometrics of citizens are captured) there would be transparency in the system as there would be transfer of funds through electronic means and in case of any corruption evidence can be procured from respective banks.
**Bank Accounts are opened only after production of valid proofs of identity and address.

Fool proof methods have to be found out to stop their misuse by the concerned authorities to stop leakages and misuse of public money in these populist scheme.

But proven misuse of Aadhar related biometrics data has itself led the Supreme Court of India to set their foot to stop making it as mandatory identity.
