Yes, The Chief Minister has declared that he has not recommended dissolution of assembly. The error in earlier post reporting dissolution is regretted.

इसमें कोई हैरानी की बात नहीं। 1977 में भी ऐसा हो चुका है जब जनता पार्टी की सरकार बनने के 3-4 महीने बाद 9 राज्यों की विधानसभायें भंग की गई थी। घबराओ नहीं - बिहार के बाद हरयाणा और उत्तरांचल का नम्बर भी आने वाला है। वैसे भी ये दोनों कांग्रेस-नीत सरकारें बहुमत की दृष्टि से किनारे पर ही बैठी हुई हैं - एक-दो एम.एल.ए. के दूसरी तरफ पलटी मारते ही गिर सकती हैं।

कुछ राज्यपाल भी बदले जा सकते हैं। गुजरात की राज्यपाल (कमला बेनीवाल) तो जल्दी ही बदली जायेगी क्योंकि उसने गुजरात की विधानसभा द्वारा पास किये गये बहुत से बिल राष्ट्रपति की अनुमति के लिए जानबूझकर नहीं भेजे (इनमें से एक गुजरात विधानसभा का anti-terrorist Act भी है जो आतंकवादियों से जूझने के लिए जरूरी है)। इसलिए उसको वहां से हटाने की सिफारिश तो मोदी जी राष्ट्रपति से जरूर करेंगे। अब कोई यह मत लिखना कि मोदी जी तो एक जाटनी (कमला बेनीवाल) पर जुल्म कर रहे हैं! अभी-अभी केरल की गवर्नर बनाई गई शीला दीक्षित की भी खैर नहीं!

2. Role of development and corruption has become central.
3. Names of CM and PM candidates will have to be declared in advance in all future elections, else people will not support the party.
4. Oratory skills of CM and PM candidates will play a very important role. Leaders like Mayawati who read the speech, will get marginalized with time.
5. There will be massive sift of Muslim votes towards BJP during Modi's rule.

In addition to this, the elections have been held in comparatively peaceful and fair manner. This shows increased faith of people in the Indian Democracy.

The social Media has emerged as a new addition to traditional means of party propaganda, It was adopted in good measure to spread the ideas of individual candidates and ideology of the political parties.

These oldies have total disconnect with public and at best can be called nothing more than fixers. Most of the spokespersons of congress coming on TV are Muslims. I have no clue who are these Meem Afzals and Sanjay Jha type of characters. I wonder if people like Janardan Dwedi have contested any elections ?

नई दिल्ली, आशुतोष झा। कांग्रेस नेतृत्व की कृपा के कारण राजभवन में पदस्थ आधा दर्जन से ज्यादा राज्यपालों को जाना पड़ सकता है। उनके स्थान पर भाजपा के कुछ बुजुर्ग नेताओं के साथ-साथ पुराने नौकरशाहों को जगह मिल सकती है। इसमें कल्याण सिंह, विजय कुमार मल्होत्रा, यशवंत सिन्हा, लालजी टंडन समेत कई अन्य नेता शामिल हो सकते हैं।

सरकार में परिवर्तन के साथ यूं तो अलग-अलग राज्यों के राजभवन में भी बदलाव होता रहा है। इस बार भी कई राज्यपाल पहले से ही इस्तीफा देने की तैयारी में हैं। ऐसे में केंद्र सरकार के लिए उन्हें हटाने की जहमत नहीं उठानी होगी। खबर है कि लगभग आठ राज्यपाल जल्द ही बदले जा सकते हैं। सूत्रों के अनुसार कर्नाटक के राज्यपाल हंसराज भारद्वाज, केरल में नवनियुक्त शीला दीक्षित, राजस्थान में लंबे समय से पदस्थ मार्गेट अल्वा और उत्तराखंड के अजीज कुरैशी ने तो कांग्रेस आलाकमान से पहले ही पद से हटने की इच्छा जता दी है। यूं तो इस्तीफा राष्ट्रपति को भेजा जाता है, बताते हैं कि इन राज्यपालों ने कांग्रेस नेतृत्व से इस बाबत बात की है। माना जा रहा है कि इनके अलावा बिहार, पंजाब, त्रिपुरा, मध्य प्रदेश, गुजरात में भी बदलाव हो सकता है। गौरतलब है कि शीला दीक्षित को हाल ही में दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद केरल में राज्यपाल नियुक्त किया गया था।

भाजपा की ओर से आरोप लगता रहा है कि कामनवेल्थ घोटाला मामले में शीला को जांच से बचाने के लिए ही उन्हें राज्यपाल बनाया गया था। हंसराज भारद्वाज की भाजपा की पुरानी राज्य सरकार से ठनी रहा करती थी। उनकी शिकायत भाजपा राष्ट्रपति तक से कर चुकी थी। पंजाब के राज्यपाल शिवराज पाटिल ने गृहमंत्री रहते एक साथ चार राज्यपालों को इस आरोप के साथ हटाया था कि वह संघ की विचारधारा से प्रेरित हैं। गुजरात में कमला बेनीवाल और खुद मोदी सरकार के बीच कई विवाद रहे हैं। भाजपा इन राज्यपालों के कामकाज और दखलअंदाजी को लेकर सवाल उठाती रही है। अब बदलाव की तैयारी है। शुरूआत में करीब आठ राज्यपाल बदले जाएंगे।

सूत्रों की मानी जाए तो भाजपा के दिग्गज व वरिष्ठ नेता कल्याण सिंह, मल्होत्रा, टंडन समेत, हिमाचल प्रदेश के वरिष्ठ नेताओं में से किसी एक को राज्यपाल बनाने की बात हो रही है। वैसे कल्याण का मन राज्यसभा मे आने का है। अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो वह राजभवन जाएंगे। उत्तर प्रदेश से ही आने वाले भाजपा के केंद्रीय स्तर के एक वरिष्ठ नेता को भी राज्यपाल बनाए जाने का संकेत है। अगर ऐसा होता है तो टंडन का नाम रुक सकता है। इसके अलावा पुराने नौकरशाहों व पुलिस अधिकारियों के भी नाम खंगाले जा रहे हैं। उन्हें उनके कद के मुताबिक राज्य दिए जाएंगे।

Incidentally total number of the party score is 44 in the Lok Sabha Elections and total number of C W C members including special invitees is said to be 41; in addition to President and Vice President.

Perhaps they were still satisfied with the party performance as the elected representative of the party in the Lok Sabha still out-number them and hence no need of revamping the Congress or fixing the responsibility for the worst humiliation and drubbing received by the Party.
