आदरणीय मित्रों ! क्या भारत में 'समान नागरिक सँहिता' लागू होनी चाहिए? इससे देश को लाभ क्या-क्या मिलेंगे एवँ देश को हानि क्या-क्या होगी?

भारत में समान आपराधिक प्रक्रिया संहिता (Code of Criminal Procedure) तो है पर समान नागरिक संहिता (Uniform civil code) नहीं है जिसका कारण भारत का मुस्लिम समाज है। समान नागरिक संहिता सारी जनसंख्या पर लागू होने पर सबको एक ही पत्नी रखने का अधिकार होगा। पर कुछ कट्टर मुस्लिम इसका विरोध करते रहे हैं क्योंकि ऐसा होने पर कोई चार बीबी नहीं रख पायेगा। 1985 का शाहबानो प्रकरण इसका एक अच्छा खासा उदाहरण है जब राजीव गांधी की कांग्रेस सरकार ने मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण नीति के तहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश को पलटवाने का काम किया । कांग्रेस पार्टी और मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड इस फैसले के विरोधी थे जबकि BJP ने इसका समर्थन किया था। चूंकि उस समय राजीव गांधी की सरकार के पास प्रचंड बहुमत था, दूसरों की कुछ दाल न गली।
हां, मुस्लिम सम्प्रदाय समान Code of Criminal Procedure की हिमायत करता है। यदि चोरी करते पकड़े गए तो आधुनिक कानून कुछ महीने की जेल की सजा ही देता है। पर यदि मुसलमानों पर अलग आपराधिक कानून होगा तो उन पर शरिया कानून लागू होगा और उस कानून के तहत एक चोरी करने वाले मुसलमान का हाथ काटने की सजा कोर्ट देगी! अब इस तरह की समान क्रिमिनल कोड कोई मुस्लिम क्यों चाहेगा?

USA ke kuch part main allow hai
Demark and England ( with valid reason they can carry )
Muslim are part of India. What's wrong in it if they got any special right. Hindu can build their temple in any country of world. Those country people respect our religion.

Bhai Aman, Please provide a list of Hindu, Jain, Buddhist, Jews religious places in Saudi, kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, Somalia, Jordan, Libya, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, Algeria, Sudan, Mali, UAE, Iraq, Eritia & also tell me if they have even permission to build. Please don't say Indians or people of these religions doesn't live in these countries.
