I can see few Jat names solely on the basis of gotra.

1. Sudeep Dabas-
2. Nitin Sangwan - 320He is most likely from Ch. Dadri.
3. Prabhat Malik-270
4. Neha Tomar-180
5. Ajay dahiya -181
6. Vineet Tomar- 56
7. Gaurang Rathi -40
8.Tanvi Hooda- 33

Many has written Rana and Chaudhary which I am not sure are all Jats.

Baaniya and Bahman are maximum in numbers.

Not many Jat candidates in the top 100 positions. Jat youth like baniyas and bahmans should be focused in their aim, preparation and perseverance. Though there are not many examples within the community to emulate, the youth in our community should not hesitate to take a leaf out of the preparation pattern of other community's members. There is nothing wrong to learn and assimilate good things from others.

One thing in that direction would be to spend less time on social sites like JL and also not be distracted by anything. Preparing for civil services is like a 'tapasya' where candidates will have to forget the world around for at least 16-18 hours a day for months on end.

Higher mountains to climb call for higher levels of preparation, practice and perseverance.

PS. I observe the comparatively remarkable number of muslim candidates who have cleared the civil services exam this time. On a lighter note, if we compare their numbers with successful Jat candidates, it seems Jats are more educationally backward than them.

Sura ji,
Nitin sangwan is from Charkhi Dadri! His Native Village is Baadlyan! His mother is from is from Bigowa! So, I would consider the lad from rural background as both his parents were born brought up and got education while living in their respective villages!
