हरियाणा को हिंदुओं का पंजाब बना दिया

प्रिय दोस्तो, भाईयो और बहनो,
आज की पीढ़ी ये नहीं जानती कि किस प्रकार से हरियाणा बना था। ये मांग सबसे पहले अकालियों ने भाषा के आधार पर रखी थी कि पंजाबी बोलने वाले लोगों का अलग से एक पंजाब प्रदेश बनाया जाए और इसमें गैर पंजाबियों को किसी दूसरे नाम से प्रदेश दे दिया जाए। ये मांग मास्टर तारासिंह जैसे अकालियों ने उठाई थी, जिसमें बाद में फेरूमान जैसों ने अलग पंजाब के लिए आत्मदाह भी कर दिया था। जब ये मांग उठी, तब हरियाणा के कुछ लोगों के दिमाग में ये बात आई कि पंजाबियों के लिए अलग पंजाब बनने के बाद शेष प्रदेश को हरियाणा का नाम दिया जाए और सन 1964 के बाद हरियाणा क्षेत्र के कुछ नेताओं ने इस मांग को बड़ा जोर से उठाया। याद रहे कि जो हिंदू सन 1947 में पाकिस्तान से आए थे, वे अपने आप को पंजाबी कहते रहे क्योंकि वे पाकिस्तान के पंजाब क्षेत्र से आए थे। हालांकि उनमें अधिकतर वहां की क्षेत्रीय भाषा ही बोलते थे। उदाहरण के लिए मुलतानी व झंगी आदि। लेकिन उन्होंने पंजाब के सिखों के साथ मिला रहने के लिए सन 1981 में अपनी मातृभाषा पंजाबी लिखवाई, जबकि पंजाब में रहने वाले हिंदू पंजाबियों ने अपनी मातृ भाषा हिंदी लिखवाई। कहने का अर्थ ये कि दुनिया की यह एक बहुत ही चालाक कौम है क्योंकि वह पंजाब में और हरियाणा में अपने आप को अल्पसंख्यक कहलाने में अपना फायदा समझती थी। जब सन 1980 से लेकर 1992 तक पंजाब में उग्रवाद चला तो काफी हिंदू पंजाबी पंजाब से उठकर हरियाणा में अंबाला से लेकर पानीपत तक नेशनल हाईवे के दोनों तरफ के कस्बों में आकर बस गए और वहां उस क्षेत्र में हरियाणवी समाज को अल्पमत में ला दिया। आज उसी का परिणाम है कि इस पूरे क्षेत्र में जनसंघी हावी हो गए हैं और कहने को ये हरियाणा रह गया है, बल्कि ये हिंदू पंजाब बन गया है। जबकि होना ये चाहिए थे कि जिनके लिए प्रदेश बना था, उन्हीं की संख्या अधिक होनी चाहिए थी, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हो पाया क्योंकि हरियाणवी समाज कभी भी जागरूक नहीं था। इसी का परिणाम है कि आज हरियाणा प्रदेश पर हिंदू पंजाबियों का राज आ गया, जबकि सच्चाई ये है कि इन लोगों में बहुत कम लोग पंजाबी जानते और लिखते हैं।
जब इन लोगों ने ये समझ लिया कि हरियाणवी जागरूक नहीं हैं, इसका पूरा-पूरा फायदा उठाया जाए और इन्हीं को आपस में लड़ाकर राज किया जाए। इसीलिए इन्हीं लोगों ने गैर जाट का नारा दिया ताकि जाट और गैर जाट आपस में लड़ते रहें और ये तथाकथित पंजाबी हरियाणा पर राज करते रहें। अभी मनोहरलाल खट्टर तथा अनिल विज जैसे तथाकथित पंजाबियों ने पिछड़ों और दलितों के मुंह में हाथ डालना शुरू कर दिया और अब ये देखना चाहते हैं कि इनके मुंह में दांत हैं या नहीं। वैसे इनका मुख्य टारगेट जाट है क्योंकि वे जानते हैं कि हरियाणा जाट बाहुल्य है और यदि जाटों पर कब्जा कर लिया गया तो हरियाणा पर हमेशा-हमेशा के लिए कब्जा हो जाएगा। इसी नीति के तहत अभी इस जनसंघ की सरकार ने किसानों की फसल धान और कपास की कीमतों में भारी गिरावट करके अपने इरादे स्पष्ट कर दिए हैं, वहीं दूसरी ओर विज ने अपना इरादा स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि खेल नीति को बदला जाए और उनका तर्क था कि पदक लाओ, पद पाओ नीति से किसी एक ही क्षेत्र के लोगों को लाभ मिल रहा है। लेकिन इनसे पूछने वाला कोई नहीं कि इस नीति से किसी एक क्षेत्र को किस तरह से लाभ हो सकता है? जबकि इस नीति को बदलने का उनका उद्देश्य बड़ा स्पष्ट है कि ऐसी नीति बनाई जाए, जिससे जाटों के लडक़े जो आज खेलों में छाए हुए हैं, उनको पीछे कर दिया जाए। इसी खत्री भाई ने पहले जाटों के आरक्षण का विरोध किया था और फिर जाटों को नीचा दिखाने के रास्ते ढूंढ रहा है। इसी मानसिकता को देखते हुए हमारे पूर्व स्पीकर कुलदीप शर्मा ने सदन के अंदर इनको दाढ़ी काटने का सुझाव दिया था और उनका सुझाव बिल्कुल उचित था क्योंकि दाढ़ी रखने का अधिकार केवल सिखों और संत प्रवृति के लोगों को ही है, जबकि अनिल विज न कोई संत है, न कोई साधु। ये एक जलन प्रवृति का व्यक्ति है। ये इसकी अभी तक की कार्रवाईयों से बड़ा स्पष्ट है। पंजाब में हमारे सिख भाई इन लोगों को भापा कहते हैं और कहते हैं कि एक भापा, सौ स्यापा। लेकिन अब तो यहां कई भापे नेता हो गए हैं, इसलिए भविष्य में हरियाणा में स्यापे ही स्यापे होने हैं। अभी पिछली सरकारों के सभी आदेश एक-एक करके बदली किए जा रहे हैं। इसका बड़ा स्पष्ट संकेत हैं कि हरियाणा की छह प्रतिशत की कथित पंजाबी समाज की भविष्य में चलेगी और अभी देखने में आ रहा है कि जितनी भी नई ऊंचे पदों पर नियुक्तियां हो रही हैं, उसमें इसी समाज का सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा होगा। अभी तक जितनी भी बड़ी नियुक्तियां, जैसे कि ओएसडी, महाधिवक्ता व सहायक महाधिवक्ता आदि-आदि ने इस समाज को सबसे अधिक पद दिए जा रहे हैं। आज भी भिवानी जिले के बलियाली गांव, जहां कुछ ऐसे पंजाबी बसे हैं, से एक किसी मिढ़ा को एक ऐसा ही पद दिया गया है। अनिल विज और मनोहरलाल खट्टर दोनों ही तथाकथित हिंदू पंजाबी अर्थात भापे हैं, इसलिए दलित और पिछड़े अर्थात मजदूर और किसान को इन नेताओं से किसी प्रकार की उम्मीद रखना महा मूर्खता होगी और हरियाणा के इतिहास का काला अध्याय शुरू हो चुका है और इस कृषि प्रधान प्रदेश का जनसंघियों द्वारा बंटाधार होना निश्चित है क्योंकि इनकी नीति हमेशा किसान, मजदूर विरोधी तथा व्यापारी समर्थक रही हैं। मनोहरलाल खट्टर तो स्वयं कपड़े का व्यापार करता था और अनिल विज भी शुरू-शुरू में कोई छोटा-मोटा व्यापारी ही था।
एक पुरानी कहावत है कि जाट और जांटी जितना कटेगा, उतना ही बढ़ेगा और आज का समय जाट का कटने का है और उसकी कटाई शुरू हो चुकी है और मुझे पूरी-पूरी उम्मीद है कि ये कटाई केवल जाट की ही नहीं, किसान और मजदूर की है, जिसका नतीजा आने वाले समय में क्रांति होगा।
आज किसान का नारा है : मोदी के राज में - जीरी और कपास गई ब्याज में। वाह मोदी जी वाह। आपमें जनता को मूर्ख बनाने की बड़ी कला है। इसको समझने में आम जनता को थोड़ा समय और लगेगा, बाकी आप अपने सारे वादे याद रखना, हम जनता को जरूर याद दिलाते रहेंगे। सीमा पर गोलियों की आवाज आप तक क्यों नहीं पहुंच पा रही है, ये एक प्रश्रचिन्ह है क्योंकि कांग्रेस के जमाने में आपके पास ये आवाज तुरंत पहुंच जाती थी। लेकिन याद रहे, जैसा कि मैंने पहले लिखा था कि भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों परमाणु संपन्न देश हैं और यदि दोनों देशों में लड़ाई होती है, तो पाकिस्तान पहले बगैर किसी हिचक के इसका इस्तसेमाल करेगा और इसका पहला इस्तेमाल उसके नजदीक गुजरात प्रदेश में होगा। इस बात को याद रखा जाए। ये मेरा अनुमान है।

Yes...they are free to settle...but land can be snatched from everyone just for the benift of some...?

During partition, our land was snatched by goverment in delhi paying "peanuts" and given to refugees!. we were ploughing this land from centuries. Now the same piece of land is worth of crores owned by these refugees and rightful owner of those land is living in "slum-like" conditions in Delhi's villages.

Around every gleaming city, goverment keep acquiing the land of farmers just for peanuts and transfer it to some "lala" who makes out crores out of that. No facilties given to these farmers, their occupation is gone. After few years, village converts into slums and people are clueless how to earn their food? These people were simple farmers not smart-enough like bhappas to settle and run any business and they were deprived of their "profession of ancestors". Any other livelihoods they managed somehow are also restricted at the name of cleanness or some other sh&& rules by these government land authorities. For example, all guest houses in Chandigarh villages are being shutdown now. How these people are going to survive now? Did they make any sin giving away their land to this government. Is this country just for "kothiwalas"? Now I understand a bit why the personalities like "bhagat singh" and "raja mahendra pratap singh" were impressed of like lenin and marx.

आप की बात सही हैं की भारत सबका देश हैं किसी को कहीं भी रहने का पूरा हक हैं | पर आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दु इस लेख मे जो लिखा हैं उसकी शुरुआत कभी इन लोगो ने ही की थी , तब वह राष्ट्रवादी बाते कहा गई थी ? क्या यह राष्ट्र का बोझ सिर्फ हमारे लिए ही हैं ?
पंजाब के बँटवारे मे इन लोगो की साजिश थी | पंजाब का उग्रवाद सिर्फ इन लोगो के कारण था | पंजाब मे यह लोग अपनी मात्र भाषा हिन्दी लिखवाते हैं तो हरयाणा पंजाबी , यह क्या ड्रामा था क्या आप समझा सकते हैं ? जब बोली आधार पर प्रदेश का बंटवारा करवाया था तो फिर बनो पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री !
वैसे चौधरी छोटूराम कहते थे की '' पंजाब मे या तो जाट-गक्खड़ रहेंगे या फिर आरोड़े-खत्री " , आपके हिसाब से तो फिर चौधरी छोटूराम की सोच भी disgusting हुई , अगर चौधरी साहब की सोच disgusting थी तो हमारी सोच ऐसे ही भली | चौधरी साहब जिन लोगो के लिए बोल कर गए थे आज वे लोग कुछ आप जैसे लोगो की सोच की वजह से हमारी छाती पर आ बैठे |

मीडिया का एक खेल और देख लीजिये | हरियाणा सरकार के सभी मंत्रियो की बाकायदा जाति लिखी हैं परंतु जब बात अनिल विज या मनोहर लाल खट्टर की आई तो उनकी जाति पंजाबी ! मुझे आज तक समझ नहीं आया की यह पंजाबी कौन सी जाति हो गई ? हरियाणा मे जो लोग अपने आप को पंजाबी बताते हैं इनमे ज़्यादातर लोग बँटवारे के समय मूलतान व झंग क्षेत्र से आए थे | मुलतानी या झंगी बोली पंजाबी बोली से हट कर हैं | 1966 से पहले हरियाणा भी पंजाब का हिस्सा था | उस वक़्त यहा रहने वाले सभी पंजाबी थे बस फर्क था तो सिर्फ सबकीबोली का | 1 नवंबर 1966 को हरियाणा को अलग राज्य की मान्यता मिली उसके बाद से यहा रहने वाले 36 बीरदारी के लोग हरयानवी हैं और सबकी पहचान अपनी अपनी जाति से हैं परंतु अपने आप को पंजाबी बताने वाले लोग अब तक अपनी जाति छुपाते आ रहे हैं | 1966 मे हरियाणा के वजूद मे आने के बाद भी यह शरणार्थी अरोरा खत्री मेहता आदि सब आज तक पंजाबी ही हैं | जबकि इन लोगो की अब यहा तीसरी चौथी पीढ़ी चल रही हैं | बताते अपने आप को पंजाबी जरूर हैं पर इनमे से शायद ही ऐसा कोई हो जिसे गुरुमुखी पढ़नी आती हो | बताते अपने आप को पंजाबी जरूर हैं परंतु जनगणना मे अपनी बोली हिन्दी लिखावते हैं | अब इन लोगो द्वारा यह खेल क्यो खेला जा रहा हैं यह बात हरियाणावासियो को समझनी होगी | अगर यह लोग अब तक भी हरियाणवी नहीं हुए तो फिर इनको हरियाणा की चौधर का भी कोई हक नहीं हैं |

जिनको अता की थी कभी हम ने साँसे , उनको जुबान क्या मिली की हम ही पर बरस पड़े !
भाजपा के नेता सरे आम जाटों के खिलाफ बोलते हैं परंतु ताज्जुब हैं की भाजपा के किसी नेता या इस पार्टी के किसी जाट नेता ने इस पर एतराज नहीं किया | पानीपत से भाजपा प्रत्याक्षी के पति सुरेन्द्र रेवड़ी सरे आम जाटों के खिलाफ बोल रहे हैं और ऐसा ही ब्यान जाट आरक्षण के वक़्त भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रामबिलास शर्मा व अंबाला से भाजपा विधायक अनिल वीज ने जाट आरक्षण के विरोध मे दिया था उस वक़्त भी भाजपा के किसी जाट नेता ने इनके ब्यान पर एतराज नहीं किया था | क्या भाजपा के जाट नेताओ ने गुलामी का पट्टा डाल रखा हैं ?

I found a similar echo of thoughts as written by Sangwan ji in a book on Sikh militancy by an ex-DGP Kirpal Dhillon. In it he mentions how one unnamed senior JanSangh/BJP leader told him how Punjabi Hindus had made a grave mistake by mentioning Hindi as their mother tongue. This act did ensure that the reorganized Punjab turned out smaller that it could have been, but also ensured that this smaller Punjab had a Sikh majority as the Punjabi Hindu majority areas were excluded. Not blaming Punjabi Hindus for anything,but their betrayal of their mother tongue sowed seeds of divisions of which the repercussions are still felt.

Visit any good locality in Gurgaon and you will not see many Jats having houses there. Visit the private/MNC offices in Gurgaon and you will see negligible number of Jats there!!!

Why were you silent all these decades when no affirmative action was taken by successive Jat CMs for Jats. Successive Jat CMs just handed out lollipops to Jat brothers in the name of farm loan waiver schemes, agricultural electricity charge waiver schemes etc.

The only thing done by successive Jat CMs and ministers was to establish dynastic kingdoms and favouring their near and dear ones and looting public money. Jats in particular and Haryana in general have all along been net sufferers.

जब इन लोगों ने ये समझ लिया कि हरियाणवी जागरूक नहीं हैं, इसका पूरा-पूरा फायदा उठाया जाए और इन्हीं को आपस में लड़ाकर राज किया जाए। इसीलिए इन्हीं लोगों ने गैर जाट का नारा दिया ताकि जाट और गैर जाट आपस में लड़ते रहें और ये तथाकथित पंजाबी हरियाणा पर राज करते रहें। अभी मनोहरलाल खट्टर तथा अनिल विज जैसे तथाकथित पंजाबियों ने पिछड़ों और दलितों के मुंह में हाथ डालना शुरू कर दिया और अब ये देखना चाहते हैं कि इनके मुंह में दांत हैं या नहीं। वैसे इनका मुख्य टारगेट जाट है क्योंकि वे जानते हैं कि हरियाणा जाट बाहुल्य है और यदि जाटों पर कब्जा कर लिया गया तो हरियाणा पर हमेशा-हमेशा के लिए कब्जा हो जाएगा। इसी नीति के तहत अभी इस जनसंघ की सरकार ने किसानों की फसल धान और कपास की कीमतों में भारी गिरावट करके अपने इरादे स्पष्ट कर दिए हैं, वहीं दूसरी ओर विज ने अपना इरादा स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि खेल नीति को बदला जाए और उनका तर्क था कि पदक लाओ, पद पाओ नीति से किसी एक ही क्षेत्र के लोगों को लाभ मिल रहा है। लेकिन इनसे पूछने वाला कोई नहीं कि इस नीति से किसी एक क्षेत्र को किस तरह से लाभ हो सकता है? जबकि इस नीति को बदलने का उनका उद्देश्य बड़ा स्पष्ट है कि ऐसी नीति बनाई जाए, जिससे जाटों के लडक़े जो आज खेलों में छाए हुए हैं, उनको पीछे कर दिया जाए। इसी खत्री भाई ने पहले जाटों के आरक्षण का विरोध किया था और फिर जाटों को नीचा दिखाने के रास्ते ढूंढ रहा है। इसी मानसिकता को देखते हुए हमारे पूर्व स्पीकर कुलदीप शर्मा ने सदन के अंदर इनको दाढ़ी काटने का सुझाव दिया था और उनका सुझाव बिल्कुल उचित था क्योंकि दाढ़ी रखने का अधिकार केवल सिखों और संत प्रवृति के लोगों को ही है, जबकि अनिल विज न कोई संत है, न कोई साधु। ये एक जलन प्रवृति का व्यक्ति है। ये इसकी अभी तक की कार्रवाईयों से बड़ा स्पष्ट है। पंजाब में हमारे सिख भाई इन लोगों को भापा कहते हैं और कहते हैं कि एक भापा, सौ स्यापा। लेकिन अब तो यहां कई भापे नेता हो गए हैं, इसलिए भविष्य में हरियाणा में स्यापे ही स्यापे होने हैं। अभी पिछली सरकारों के सभी आदेश एक-एक करके बदली किए जा रहे हैं। इसका बड़ा स्पष्ट संकेत हैं कि हरियाणा की छह प्रतिशत की कथित पंजाबी समाज की भविष्य में चलेगी और अभी देखने में आ रहा है कि जितनी भी नई ऊंचे पदों पर नियुक्तियां हो रही हैं, उसमें इसी समाज का सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा होगा। अभी तक जितनी भी बड़ी नियुक्तियां, जैसे कि ओएसडी, महाधिवक्ता व सहायक महाधिवक्ता आदि-आदि ने इस समाज को सबसे अधिक पद दिए जा रहे हैं। आज भी भिवानी जिले के बलियाली गांव, जहां कुछ ऐसे पंजाबी बसे हैं, से एक किसी मिढ़ा को एक ऐसा ही पद दिया गया है। अनिल विज और मनोहरलाल खट्टर दोनों ही तथाकथित हिंदू पंजाबी अर्थात भापे हैं, इसलिए दलित और पिछड़े अर्थात मजदूर और किसान को इन नेताओं से किसी प्रकार की उम्मीद रखना महा मूर्खता होगी और हरियाणा के इतिहास का काला अध्याय शुरू हो चुका है और इस कृषि प्रधान प्रदेश का जनसंघियों द्वारा बंटाधार होना निश्चित है क्योंकि इनकी नीति हमेशा किसान, मजदूर विरोधी तथा व्यापारी समर्थक रही हैं। मनोहरलाल खट्टर तो स्वयं कपड़े का व्यापार करता था और अनिल विज भी शुरू-शुरू में कोई छोटा-मोटा व्यापारी ही था।
एक पुरानी कहावत है कि जाट और जांटी जितना कटेगा, उतना ही बढ़ेगा और आज का समय जाट का कटने का है और उसकी कटाई शुरू हो चुकी है और मुझे पूरी-पूरी उम्मीद है कि ये कटाई केवल जाट की ही नहीं, किसान और मजदूर की है, जिसका नतीजा आने वाले समय में क्रांति होगा।
आज किसान का नारा है : मोदी के राज में - जीरी और कपास गई ब्याज में। वाह मोदी जी वाह। आपमें जनता को मूर्ख बनाने की बड़ी कला है। इसको समझने में आम जनता को थोड़ा समय और लगेगा, बाकी आप अपने सारे वादे याद रखना, हम जनता को जरूर याद दिलाते रहेंगे। सीमा पर गोलियों की आवाज आप तक क्यों नहीं पहुंच पा रही है, ये एक प्रश्रचिन्ह है क्योंकि कांग्रेस के जमाने में आपके पास ये आवाज तुरंत पहुंच जाती थी। लेकिन याद रहे, जैसा कि मैंने पहले लिखा था कि भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों परमाणु संपन्न देश हैं और यदि दोनों देशों में लड़ाई होती है, तो पाकिस्तान पहले बगैर किसी हिचक के इसका इस्तसेमाल करेगा और इसका पहला इस्तेमाल उसके नजदीक गुजरात प्रदेश में होगा। इस बात को याद रखा जाए। ये मेरा अनुमान है।

Reorganisation of Punjab into present day Punjab and Haryana was a necessity because whether we like it or not the part of Punjab which now forms the state of Haryana was successively ignored by the Punjab politicians in the areas of education and development. 3. Why shall we care about the caste of who rules us, COMPETENCY must be the only criteria. Reorganisation of Punjab into present day Punjab and Haryana was a necessity because whether we like it or not the part of Punjab which now forms the state of Haryana was successively ignored by the Punjab politicians in the areas of education and development. All major development work was done in the Sikh dominated areas. This is a hard fact which cannot be brushed underneath the carpet.

Practicality suggests and rightly so that we accept what has already happened and prepare for the future by working on our present. We Jats do not live in vacuum, we are part of society and have to co-exist and compete (healthily) with other communities. Unnecessary criticism and hatred will only yield further acrimony and ill will and isolate the Jat community which will be detrimental to our long term interests as a community.

Let us not forget that all great Jat leaders like Sir Chhotu Ram, Ch. Charan Singh, Ch. Devi Lal were leaders of the masses and not just of Jats. They had mass appeal and following from all sections of society. They believed in taking all along instead of unnecessary confrontation and acrimony with others.

Under what provision of the Constitution/law can you stop a democratically elected representative from becoming a CM/Minister? Please quote the law and I am sure you can stop the ones you do not want.

Pardon me Abhik Bhai for dropping into your quoted post of Praveen, How do you suggest that co-existence and cometition be achieved when most other castes are against Jats. Its not that jats have isolated themselves, its the non-jats which have isolated us. There are groups such a Shoshit Samaj which are quite vocal against jats only and your advice in such an enviornment lacks pragmatism in my practical opinion.

Bhai, agree with you on that but greater grey of Chai-wala's anti-farmer stands are surely not suiting us as of now.

There are some vested non-Jat interests who would like to deepen this Jat-Non Jat divide especially so in Haryana. It's a fact and we have to live with it.

Instead of taking it as an obstacle, we need to see it as a challenge and an opportunity. Let us be the best in whatever we do. They (anti-Jats) can at best slow us on our path to progress but they cannot stop us IF WE SO DECIDE.

If we are the best, no one can stop us from becoming IAS/IPS, judges, doctors, engineers, lawyers. IF they are intelligent, we are no less!

Nobody can stop us if do not allow them to stop us! But unnecessary criticism of others is no solution. Let's be the best so that others look up to us and want to be associated with us.

Hard work and perseverance is very much a practical solution. Let us not expect that everything should be served to us without efforts just because we are Jats. We are not Taliban as the media portray us (and rightly so because of a few of our wrong decisions - Chowmein, Jeans, mobile, etc) - we are the true Aryans - Now is the time to prove it by our deeds and carry forward the legacy of mass leaders like Sir Chhotu Ram, Ch. Charan Singh, Ch. Devi Lal etc.

Same posters were absent when Jats were butcherd in Muzaffarnagar , not sure whats the basis of such articles and how moderators allow such radical and divisive posts . If we start thinking on these line we will endup like a tribe in Afghanistan where Hazaras fights against Pashtuns , better remain humble , kind and those who always stood with weaker and deprived other then showing them arrogance . If some is doing wrong then they will face the public after 5 years and you can easily extarct your Vengance but before that its useless ...
