I have done research on the emergence of Bharatpur State which was published in the book form styled as 'Rise of the Jat Power' in 1988 by Harman Publishing House Delhi.

Some of the points raised by you have been discussed in this book. There is a good authored by K. Natwar Singh entitled ' Maharaja Suraj Mal ' and; also there are many other monographs available on this great hero among the Jats.

But there remains always a chance to present the left over or lesser illuminated aspects/ issues for investigation and further research. So somebody must devote his/her attention to make more exhaustive study of the points raised by you.
