The Haryana Govt. appointed Police team it seems is ready with its report on the alleged Murthal rape case. However, the High Court not being completely satisfied with the investigation/report is keen on the SIT report.

Considering the amount of time that has already elapsed from the date of the said incident, the present police report that three persons have come forward directly/indirectly (Online) as victims of the alleged incident raises doubts on their veracity/genuineness. If there is even an iota of truth in what they say, the delay on part of these alleged victims in coming forward will not only hurt their own case, but would also deter the law from taking its due course which is necessary for ensuring that such alleged incidents do not actually take place.

Considering the seriousness of the allegations, one should not outrightly discard the possibility of such incident ever happening. However, with the caste-based animosity prevailing in Haryana, thanks to such thugs as Raj Kumar Saini,, Roshan Lal Arya, Ajay Yadav, etc serious doubts erupt on the genuineness of such allegations. It seems, it is part of a much bigger gameplan to malign the name of the Jat community. There is an attempt at all levels of the society and the political establishment cutting across party lines to first create the fiction of a crime and then look for faces to put the blame on.

It seems the anti-Jat idiots are actually finding it tough to find someone who can come forward and lodge false, fictitious and concocted complaint of rape by Jats because despite the monetary offer, no one would like to put her neck out considering that rape is a very serious crime and that all media and judicial attention would turn to her and that her false case would crumble under that strict scrutiny.

It is a very strange situation indeed - There is a crime which has been committed according to some BUT there are no victims, accused or witnesses. There are some vague media reports and nothing else.

Everything said and done, if someone does actually come forward to lodge a complaint, it should be thoroughly examined by an independent central agency and if there is some iota of truth in it (which I actually doubt), the culprit should be given the highest sentence possible because the dignity of a woman is sacrosanct and there can be no excuse whatsoever for violating it.

Not only this reported 'Murthal case' but also the Judicial Commission with Justice Jha is appointed to enuire into all aspects of the Jat reservation agitation and fix up responsibility for dereliction of duty, if any by the authorities.
