जाट, चौधर और राजनीति!!

जाटों की असली पहचान क्या है? चौधर, मरोड़ या फिर मसखरापन? यहाँ हम जाटों का इतिहास खंगालने के लिए नहीं जा रहे है|मुझे तो यह सवाल बड़ा मुश्किल लगता है| जैसे किसी ने पूछ लिया हो कि प्यार क्या है? अब कोई शाहरुख़ खान की तरह तो जवाब देने से रहा कि प्यार दोस्ती है| ठीक वैसे ही जाट क्या है? तो जवाब होगा चौधराहट|

लेकिन ये चौधराहट आजकल दम तोड़ रही है| पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी जैसे-जैसे खेती की ज़मीन कम हो रही है इस चौधराहट का दायरा सिकुड़ता जा रहा है| वो अकड़, वो मरोड़ जो इस चौधराहट का हिस्सा है| आजकल किसी फैक्ट्री, किसी कंपनी के क्यूबिकल में मेल ड्राफ्ट करते हाथो से निकल रही है| इस चौधराहट को तो सोफिस्टीकेशन का कीड़ा काट चुका है| मुझे भी आइंस्टीन की तरह चौधराहट की नयी थ्योरी खोजने की सूझी है|

आखिर यह चौधराहट आती कहाँ से है| राजनीतिक पहुँच से, पैसो से, जमीन से या फिर बदमाशी से (मुज़फ्फरनगर के अनुभव के आधार पर)| जब ये सारी चीज़ें मिल जाती है तो एक दबंग मिश्रण तैयार होता है| जिसे हम चौधराहट का नाम देते है| इसमें अकड़ होती है| एक ठसक होती है जो सामने वाले को अपने से कमतर ही समझती है| बात बात पे ऐंठ जाना इस चौधराहट के सर्व सुलभ लक्षण है|

लेकिन आजकल जाटों की चौधर को किसी की नज़र लग गयी है| खेती तो कम हो ही रही थी अब राजनीति भी हाशिये पे पहुँच गयी है| देश के एकमात्र पूर्व जाट प्रधानमंत्री के पुत्र और पौत्र आजकल यूपी की राजनीति में चारो खाने चित्त है वही हरियाणा में पूर्व जाट उपप्रधानमंत्री के पुत्र और पौत्र राजनीति में मरणासन्न है|

हालत यह है कि चौधराहट का टोकरा सिर पर लेकर घूमने वाले जाट आजकल आरक्षण के लिए गिडगिडा रहे है| बड़ा सवाल यही है कि एक तरफ तो चौधराहट कायम रखने की चुनौती है| तो क्या आरक्षण जाटों की चौधराहट बचाने में कामयाब होगा? या फिर जाटों की चौधराहट इतिहास बनने वाली है? क्या जाट आरक्षण को चौधराहट बचाने की आख़िरी कोशिश की तरह देखा जाये?

इतिहास गवाह है कि बड़े आन्दोलनों में समाज की दिशा बदलने का माद्दा होता है| तो फिर क्या वक्त नहीं आ गया है कि वंशवादी जाट राजनीति से बाहर निकला जाये| जाट आरक्षण आंदोलन में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने वालो को जाट राजनीति की कमान सौपी जाए?

एक पूरी तरह प्रो-जाट राजनीति की नीव रखी जाये| वैसे ही जैसे महारष्ट्र में मराठी मानुष की राजनीति होती है| दूसरी पार्टियों में अपने जाट नेताओं को गिडगिडाने न दिया जाये| अगर हम किंग नहीं बन सकते राजनीति में, तो फिर क्यों न किंग मेकर की भूमिका निभाने के लिए कमर कसी जाये| क्यों न जाट राष्ट्रीय पार्टियों का मोह छोड़ दे| बीजेपी-कांग्रेस का राग अलापना बंद करे| सब जाट इकट्ठे हो, एक हो, खुद की पार्टी खड़ी करें, अपने राजनीतिक स्वार्थ एक तरफ रखे, कौम की तरक्की की सोचे| मुस्लिमो के बजाय दलितों को साथ ले| दलितों के साथ मिलकर देश-प्रदेश की राजनीति को एक नयी दिशा दे?

वैसे मुझे यह हकीकत कम एक सपने जैसा ज्यादा लगता है| खुली आँखों का सपना| एक ऐसा सपना जो टूटते हुए तारे को देखकर दुआ मांगने से भी सच नहीं हो पायेगा| आप क्या सोचते है?

Role of electronic media is really questionable as its not like a newspaper where one has to pay Rs 5 to go through news everyday. If Buyer doesn't have to pay for a thing , he will not be a force to check its credentials. The credentials of news. Ticket distribution system of Indian Democracy ....even no guidelines in constitution. Get ticket of popular party through cosy connections and be a parliamentarian.

Jats are not solely responsible for making system proper. Without proper political representation no one is going to listen the Jats. Jats who are going through survival crisis, now need to be more vocal about their problems which they are facing in this reservation based system. The primary source of income for 70% jats is still agriculture based works. Unfortunately betterment of agriculture sector has never been in priority of any government or political parties.
Atleast jat should not be taken for granted. The political presence of Jats should be there.

sorry for being off topic but Sher to jhund mei rehke hi shikar karte hain. Tiger akele shikar karte hain. To Jat ko Tiger keh sakte hain.

राजनीति का स्वाद ही कुछ ऐसा है| सबको मुख्यमंत्री बनना है| वो बिना दूसरी बिरादरियो के समर्थन के संभव नहीं| हकीकत यह है कि इन सब हुड्डा, चौटाला और अजीत का एकमात्र उद्देश्य अपना राजनीतिक वजूद बचाए रखना है| अगर ऐसा न होता तो क्या जाट नौजवानों को आंदोलन में मरता देखकर इन लोगो का खून ना खौलता| राजनीति की बिसाते बदलती है बस| कभी जाट हरियाणा में मरते है| कभी यूपी में मरते है| लेकिन इन जाट नेताओ की राजनीतिक हसरते नहीं बदलती|

कांग्रेस जो एक जाट को मुख्यमंत्री बनाती है हरियाणा में| वह मुज़फ्फरनगर दंगो के वक्त दूर-दूर तक नहीं दिखती जाटों के पक्ष में| बीजेपी जो दंगो के वक्त जाटों का सबसे बड़ा मसीहा बनती है वह हरियाणा में बेक़सूर जाट नवयुवको के खून से अपने हाथ रंगने में परहेज़ नहीं करती| अपने एक नेता को खुलेआम जाटों को गिरियाने के लिए छोड़ देती है| हमें इस गलतफहमी से बाहर निकलना पड़ेगा कि ये राष्ट्रीय पार्टिया जाटों को अलग से कुछ देने वाली है| जाटों की हैसियत वोट बैंक से ज्यादा नही है|

वंशवादी राजनीति का जाटों को फायदा नहीं होता दिखता| सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण अजीत सिंह है| आज भी उनके लोकसभा क्षेत्र की हालत देख लो| जो भाई बागपत-बडौत के है वो बता सकते है क्या हालत है वहां की| कब तक जाट चौधरी चरण सिंह के नाम पर वोट देते रहे| बीस-पचीस साल एमपी रहने के बाद भी यह क्षेत्र विकास की बाट जोंह रहा है| शामली कही बेहतर है बडौत से|

लब्बोलुआब यही है कि पिछले बीस-पच्चीस साल में कई बार चौटाला की इनैलो और अजीत की रालोद केंद्र में भागीदार रह चुकी है| दंगो पर मरहम लगाने के लिए आरक्षण देने की जो कोशिश कांग्रेस-रालोद ने की थी वह नाकाफी साबित हुई| आज भी जाटों को ढंग से आरक्षण नहीं मिल पाया| कब तक हम लंगड़े घोड़ो पर दावं लगते रहेंगे?

Jats needs to understand its not only about Jats if they want to succeed in politics. Only Jat votes wont take you anywhere. You need to do social engineering just like Mayawati and Mulayam do. Jats never had disputes with any particular cast till this year. This year too, the clashes were with OBC category. Jats are stiil in good terms with dalits in villages. Muslims are equally important for Jats as they would not vote for BJP. I hope parties like INLD understand this and start with a new strategy of Jats+Dalits+Muslims combination just like SP does with Yadavs and Muslims in UP. I think Om praksah chautala(if has any power left in party) or INLD should project Dushyant as new face of INLD rather than Abhay. With Abhay INLD is as good as dead. In Haryana Jats can always be king if they vote tactically. In last election several Jats who were die hard supporters of Congress and INLD voted for BJP, had they voted for congress or INLD BJP wont be in power today.

If we start a new party who is completely Jats pro, it will be of no use. We will get only 15 seats and will always be in minority in Assembly. If jats really want to start a new party they take other casts in confidence, join hands with leaders like Mayawati. Use their base to be king otherwise we won't be even king makers. We make Khattar a king and see what we get.

Whoever will demand for Reservation will face opposition from others including those enjoying benefits of Reservation. Jats are no exception to it. As far Hooda and Chautala support is concerned, I think they are supporting it and agreeing in principle. They are doing their bit but its not a piece of cake. People from Non Jat fraternity with political ambitions are using it as an opportunity to stir the pot. This type of polarization will give them long term benefits. Jats vs Non-Jat politics is not new in Haryana.

Bhajan Lal stayed into power for long time due to this politics. BJP came to power solely due to popularity of Modi and anti-incumbency and a weaker opposition and No Non Jat face in any other party. There was a political vacuum for Non-Jats for since 2005. There was no Non-Jat main leader from any of the major party in the state. BJP provided an opportunity to Non-Jats first time after 10 years to have their say.

Now some of its leaders are trying to be more prominent among Non-Jat voters by portraying Jats as evil and trying to demonize Jats so that more polarization happens in state. This is an alternative to Bhajan Lal because Hooda diminished Bhajan Lal. So there was no Non-Jat face in Haryana for 10 years. BJP does not have tall leaders and there is too much politics going on within the party. Everyone is trying to be the main leader in the party for a long term.

There are Yadavs, Ahirs from south Haryana area like Gurgaon, Rewari, Mahendargarh etc who supported BJP after being left out from mainstream politics for 10 years during Hooda regime. Then there are leaders from GT road belt, such as Karnal, Panipat, Kurukshetra, Ambala, Panchkula, Kalka etc. Currently in BJP everyone is fighting each for the state leadership and it bring instability once the dust settles down around Jat reservation.

On caste lines, Dalit votes got divided between congress and Inld and similarly Jat votes got divided between Congress, INLD.

For further division of Jat votes, BJP gave tickets to 27 Jat candidates which further divided Jat votes. This is how political arithmetic worked for BJP in last assembly elections. So its a cycle which repeats in Haryana over the time.

Jats leaders can also polarize Non-Jat votes by highlighting Yadavs and Gurjars reservation and the benefit they are getting from reservation. And nothing wrong it. When others are targeting Jats including those who are enjoying benefits of reservation than why not Jats. This will bring a reverse polarization in the state.

As I said in my previous post, dynasty exist everywhere. Not just in India but around the world. Infact within Developed countries like USA, European countries. Its obvious and a part of civilization. Leaders are the need of time. Old leaders are replaced by the new ones but that does not mean that New leaders won't have their family representation at all. No matter what, you will find family representation in one way or the other.

Mass Leader are born when right time come. Its the demand of time. Ajit Singh, Chautala or any other leader are doing their bit as much as they could within the limits of electorate, political dynamics. I would not out rightly reject them just because they are not fully supporting Jats. You can't stand up a party out of blue.

It takes lot courage and time to establish a party. Floating a brand new party is not that easy as said and that too just with support of Jat votes or Dalit Votes. New Parties form as a result of some revolution with the support from majority of the population. Ch. Charan Singh got support from all peasant communities(from all castes and religions) when he rose to become Prime Minister of India. It was his socialist ideas for peasant communities and he garnered support from Kissan Unions. Forming pro-jat party in my opinion would not go far without effective representation from all the communities or a strong mass leader. Specially at times when Capitalism dominates.

In the present context, the context of Chaudhar has changed to a great extent. In fact, there has been a sea change.

And the chaudhar of Jats has considerably diminished. It would not be wrong to say that it has almost vanished. We do not have top national level politicians (Policy Makers) who have mass following irrespective of caste or region. With the exception of one or two individuals/families, we do not have top CEOs or corporate big shots who make and take corporate decisions affecting trade and business nationally. We do not have top bureaucrats at the secretary level who play a key role in the policy implementation and the representation even at the lower bureaucratic level is negligible. We do not have any Jat Judges in Supreme Court (interpreters of Constitution and law) and even in the High Courts it is almost nil. There are no renowned or celebrated professionals in terms of Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, chefs, media professionals etc.

In order to come out of this morass, a lot of churning and introspection is required within the community. We can either waste our time and energy by criticizing and abusing others or spend the same time and energy on working on our deficiencies and strengths and achieving our full potential. In today's context, we will regain the Chaudhar only by being honest to ourselves and reworking on our approach and priorities.

Let us become world renowned doctors, engineers, lawyers, chefs, media professionals, academics, scientists... Our brothers in towns and cities cannot hide behind any excuse citing lack of opportunity. There are all the opportunities available in terms of coaching and facilitation for preparation. The only thing that allows or stops us to achieve the higher goals is our own approach towards life.

Ayush has raised apt topic. Though many are talking that deserving jat has many opportunities and political success is not possible without social engineering. However I do not agree to them. Selfish person think about success. Many jats have become CM but nothing for jat community. We don't need such a govt instead we should press NOTA on seats which r reserved but have large jat population. Further jat sabha should decide to which jat candidate to vote like punjabi. Even if we do not form govt still we have strong pressure on govt. After all govt do nothing for community so we have nothing to lose

BJP is slowly sidelining whatever lot of Jat Leaders its got in the party. First of all there is hardly any representation from Jat community in the government despite being a majority in the state. Now with new cabinet reshuffle one can see how Capt Abhimanu is losing key departments to other leaders. Also not to forget how party is shielding people like Saini who is openly abusing Jats and doing polarizing in the state. Such a low level politics is unprecedented in the state. People who own land are disadvantaged of their own rights. High time for Jaats to align with other communities to defeat such politics. Relgion thing come later on. First is to get our fair share. Simple as that. Jats don't need to shed blood for religion. Leave it to RSS, let them do it.

This is absolutely wrong. All the parties even INLD seek non jat votes to win because 30% seats are reserved where only non jat would b elected. I strongly recommend that jat community should use NOTA on these seats. Nobody shall win, if majority is NOTA. On all other seats, jats must vote to one jat candidate. Most of the seats are won by merely 25-30% votes and jats have more than 25% population on all the seats. Non jats shall be divided between Congress, AAP, BJP& INLD. Nevertheless, as I have earlier told political win has nothing to do with community upliftment. BJP and INLD both did nothing for community both appeased SC. All the govt, Even INLD just use jats and benefit only 1% people in lieu of money or otherwise, no politician think about justice to community members. Why rest 99% should vote to them who after winning election care about Non jats for political benefits. We don't need such govt. Even if we have just 10 jats leaders strongly taking up the jat community interest in vidhan sabha, we shall prefer that

सही है| पिछली बार लक्ष्य था कांग्रेस को हराना| अबकी बार बीजेपी को हरा लो| यूँ ही खेलते रहना है| जाटो का नहीं सोचना बस| चौटाला पर तो एक बारगी भरोसा किया जा सकता है| पर इन कांग्रेस और बीजेपी पर तो कतई नहीं| दोनों को आजमा लिया हरियाणा में| एक सांपनाथ दूसरा नागनाथ है| बस तय करना है कौन से ज़हर में ज्यादा असर है| कांग्रेस ने तो भजनलाल के टाइम पर बहुत दुर्गति करी थी जाटो की| रही सही कसर इस बीजेपी सरकार ने कर दी|
एक अपने हुड्डा जी है| लेकिन उनकी आस्था तो अमरनाथ से ज्यादा अकबर रोड में है| बस नाम के जाट है| अपने शासनकाल में जाटो के लिए कौन से तीर चलाये इन्होने ज़रा कोई बताये| कसर तो इन्होने भी न छोड़ी थी जाटो पर गोली चलवाने में| और जिस तरह की राजनीति आजकल हरियाणा में हो रही है उसे देखकर लगता नहीं कांग्रेस किसी जाट को अपना मुख्यमंत्री पद का उम्मीदवार बनाएगी अगले इलेक्शन में|
बेहतर होगा अगर हुड्डा साहब हवा का रूख पहचाने और अपनी खुद की जाट राजनीति खडी करें| नहीं तो ये राजनीति बड़ी बेरहम होती है| कोई नामलेवा भी नहीं बचेगा|

This is absolutely wrong. All the parties even INLD seek non jat votes to win because 30% seats are reserved where only non jat would b elected. I strongly recommend that jat community should use NOTA on these seats. Nobody shall win, if majority is NOTA. On all other seats, jats must vote to one jat candidate. Most of the seats are won by merely 25-30% votes and jats have more than 25% population on all the seats. Non jats shall be divided between Congress, AAP, BJP& INLD. Nevertheless, as I have earlier told political win has nothing to do with community upliftment. BJP and INLD both did nothing for community both appeased SC. All the govt, Even INLD just use jats and benefit only 1% people in lieu of money or otherwise, no politician think about justice to community members. Why rest 99% should vote to them who after winning election care about Non jats for political benefits. We don't need such govt. Even if we have just 10 jats leaders strongly taking up the jat community interest in vidhan sabha, we shall prefer that

इतिहास गवाह है कि ये भाई साहब बीजेपी और कोंग्रेस दोनों सरकारों में शामिल रहे है| वो भी कैबिनेट मंत्री की हैसियत से| लेकिन नतीजे वही ढाक के तीन पात| खुद के गृहनगर मेरठ में हवाई पट्टी भी अम्बेडकर के नाम पर है| बागपत को अलग जिले का दर्ज़ा भी मायावती ने दिलवाया| बागपत के गाँवों में आजतक किसी ने शाम को रोटी खाने के टाइम बिजली नहीं देखी| सडको की हालत लोनी से बडौत जाते हुए पता चलती है| पता नहीं अभी तक बनी या नहीं| इनकी इस बेरुखी से तंग आकर क्षेत्र की जनता ने इन्हें हरवा दिया| ऊपर से ये दलील देते है कि जाटो कि चौधराहट चली गयी जब से पूर्व मुंबई पुलिस कमीशनर सत्यपाल तोमर जीते है बागपत में|
इन्होने आखिरी आंदोलन २०१० में किया था गन्ने के रेट को लेकर| जिसमे इनके सिपहसालारो ने कामनवेल्थ गेम से पहले खूब तोड़ फोड़ मचाई थी| तत्कालीन केंद्र सरकार को इनकी ताकत का एहसास हुआ और इन्हें सरकार में नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री का पद मिल गया|
जाटो की मदद करने की इंतेहा तो मुज़फ्फरनगर दंगो के वक्त हुई| वहाँ बेचारे जाट अपने नेता की बाट जोहते रह गए| पर इनका दिल नहीं पसीजा| बचारे जाटो ने बीजेपी के छुटभैय्ये नेताओ से काम चलाया| लेकिन इन्हें १० जनपथ से हरी झंडी मिलने का इन्तेजार रहा| 1 महीने की मारकाट के बाद इनके सुपुत्र टोपी वाले अवतार में पहुँचे अपने मुस्लिम वोट बैंक की सुध लेने| वहाँ जाकर इन्हें लगा कि जाटो में गुस्सा बहुत है जो आरक्षण देकर ही ठंडा किया जा सकता है|
फिर लोकसभा इलेक्शन आये| इन्हें और कांग्रेस पार्टी को पता था कि भैंस का दूध पीने वाले जाटो कि याद्दाश्त कमजोर होती है| इलेक्शन की आचार संहिता लगने से 1 दिन पहले तमाम कानूनी पेचीदगियो को एक तरफ रखकर जाटो के लिए आरक्षण की घोषणा कर दी| कांग्रेस और छोटे चौधरी जाटो के कितने बड़े हितैषी है इस बात का अंदाजा इनकी आरक्षण देने की टाइमिंग से लगाया जा सकता है| दस साल चली सरकार को अगर चुनावो की घोषणा से एक दिन पहले आरक्षण देने की सूझती है तो उसका मतलब समझना लाजिमी है| उस आरक्षण का क्या हश्र हुआ हम सभी जानते है|
एक आंदोलन इन्होने अपनी आवंटित कोठी वापस पाने के लिए भी किया था| लेकिन जनता ने हाथ खड़े कर दिए कि बस अब बहुत हो चुका| और ये भाईसाहब बड़े बेआबरू होकर तेरे कूचे से हम निकले कहकर दिल्ली की गलियों से विदा हुए|
तो ये हालत है इन कांग्रेस, बीजेपी और इन जाट नेताओ की| भला क्यूँ ना जाट अपना खुद का नेतृत्व खड़ा करे| नहीं तो रिजेक्ट करो सबको| देश की करीब 25-30 लोकसभा सीटो पर जाट सीधे-सीधे किसी भी उम्मीदवार की हार-जीत तय कर सकते है| तो फिर क्यूँ न हम अपनी राजनैतिक ताकत को पहचान कर इन सियासी पार्टियों को आइना दिखाए| यही एक तरीका है अपने राजनैतिक वजूद का एहसास कराने का| नहीं तो ये पार्टियाँ जाटो की फूट का फायदा कभी हरियाणा में तो कभी यूपी और कभी किसी और राज्य में उठाती रहेंगी| और जाट ऐसे ही कभी खेतो में, कभी सरहद पर और कभी किसी आरक्षण आंदोलन में अपनी जान गवांते रहेंगे|

This is also correct. I got news today that kandela khap in jind factioned into parts and majra khap formed. Apni chaudhar ke liye hum divide ho rahe hain. Koi ek leader nahi hai jo samaj ko sahi disha de sake.

Very true, we dont have true leader to follow.So we are following our self b'cos we have to survive first rather than thinking and talking of politics.
If we follow the existing hollow leaders breed, we would be reduce to nothing.
We will surivive in the hardest conditions.

जाटों की असली पहचान क्या है? चौधर, मरोड़ या फिर मसखरापन? यहाँ हम जाटों का इतिहास खंगालने के लिए नहीं जा रहे है|मुझे तो यह सवाल बड़ा मुश्किल लगता है| जैसे किसी ने पूछ लिया हो कि प्यार क्या है? अब कोई शाहरुख़ खान की तरह तो जवाब देने से रहा कि प्यार दोस्ती है| ठीक वैसे ही जाट क्या है? तो जवाब होगा चौधराहट|लेकिन ये चौधराहट आजकल दम तोड़ रही है| पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी जैसे-जैसे खेती की ज़मीन कम हो रही है इस चौधराहट का दायरा सिकुड़ता जा रहा है| वो अकड़, वो मरोड़ जो इस चौधराहट का हिस्सा है| आजकल किसी फैक्ट्री, किसी कंपनी के क्यूबिकल में मेल ड्राफ्ट करते हाथो से निकल रही है| इस चौधराहट को तो सोफिस्टीकेशन का कीड़ा काट चुका है| मुझे भी आइंस्टीन की तरह चौधराहट की नयी थ्योरी खोजने की सूझी है|आखिर यह चौधराहट आती कहाँ से है| राजनीतिक पहुँच से, पैसो से, जमीन से या फिर बदमाशी से (मुज़फ्फरनगर के अनुभव के आधार पर)| जब ये सारी चीज़ें मिल जाती है तो एक दबंग मिश्रण तैयार होता है| जिसे हम चौधराहट का नाम देते है| इसमें अकड़ होती है| एक ठसक होती है जो सामने वाले को अपने से कमतर ही समझती है| बात बात पे ऐंठ जाना इस चौधराहट के सर्व सुलभ लक्षण है| लेकिन आजकल जाटों की चौधर को किसी की नज़र लग गयी है| खेती तो कम हो ही रही थी अब राजनीति भी हाशिये पे पहुँच गयी है| देश के एकमात्र पूर्व जाट प्रधानमंत्री के पुत्र और पौत्र आजकल यूपी की राजनीति में चारो खाने चित्त है वही हरियाणा में पूर्व जाट उपप्रधानमंत्री के पुत्र और पौत्र राजनीति में मरणासन्न है|हालत यह है कि चौधराहट का टोकरा सिर पर लेकर घूमने वाले जाट आजकल आरक्षण के लिए गिडगिडा रहे है| बड़ा सवाल यही है कि एक तरफ तो चौधराहट कायम रखने की चुनौती है| तो क्या आरक्षण जाटों की चौधराहट बचाने में कामयाब होगा? या फिर जाटों की चौधराहट इतिहास बनने वाली है? क्या जाट आरक्षण को चौधराहट बचाने की आख़िरी कोशिश की तरह देखा जाये? इतिहास गवाह है कि बड़े आन्दोलनों में समाज की दिशा बदलने का माद्दा होता है| तो फिर क्या वक्त नहीं आ गया है कि वंशवादी जाट राजनीति से बाहर निकला जाये| जाट आरक्षण आंदोलन में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने वालो को जाट राजनीति की कमान सौपी जाए?एक पूरी तरह प्रो-जाट राजनीति की नीव रखी जाये| वैसे ही जैसे महारष्ट्र में मराठी मानुष की राजनीति होती है| दूसरी पार्टियों में अपने जाट नेताओं को गिडगिडाने न दिया जाये| अगर हम किंग नहीं बन सकते राजनीति में, तो फिर क्यों न किंग मेकर की भूमिका निभाने के लिए कमर कसी जाये| क्यों न जाट राष्ट्रीय पार्टियों का मोह छोड़ दे| बीजेपी-कांग्रेस का राग अलापना बंद करे| सब जाट इकट्ठे हो, एक हो, खुद की पार्टी खड़ी करें, अपने राजनीतिक स्वार्थ एक तरफ रखे, कौम की तरक्की की सोचे| मुस्लिमो के बजाय दलितों को साथ ले| दलितों के साथ मिलकर देश-प्रदेश की राजनीति को एक नयी दिशा दे?वैसे मुझे यह हकीकत कम एक सपने जैसा ज्यादा लगता है| खुली आँखों का सपना| एक ऐसा सपना जो टूटते हुए तारे को देखकर दुआ मांगने से भी सच नहीं हो पायेगा| आप क्या सोचते है?Making a new political party will take time and lot of contemplation. In the wake of the ongoing (Peaceful) Protests by Jats for reservation and associated demands, I am sure this site and other similar Jat centric sites are under heavy scrutiny by the various government agencies. And also Jatland must be under the extra vigilant watchful gaze of a section of the media which can best be described as mischievous and biased against Jats. We as a community have all along been mature and responsible in respecting the law and exercising our rights as defined in the constitution as responsible citizens to protest peacefully and I am sure and confident that my brothers would continue adopting those constitutional and peaceful means to put their points across to the high and mighty sitting in the ivory towers.

It would not be wrong to say that we Jats are like a rudderless boat in the ocean (lost at sea) with no directional leadership or a shoreline in sight. We are going where the ocean currents take us. We have had able and august Jat leadership in the distant and not so distant past in terms of such towering personalities as Maharaja Suraj Mal, Raja Gokula, Sir Chhotu Ram, Ch. Charan Singh, Ch. Devi Lal, etc. BUT WHAT AFTER THAT? There is no true Jat leadership today. We only have Jat politicians who play the Jat card when the elections are near and then comfortably forget the Jat cause and then we have Jat politicians whose only aim like the other non-Jat politicians is to establish a dynastic rule. In the other fields as well, the only saving grace is a few Jat sportspersons and a filmstar or two here and there.

A few reasons, few of which may be interconnected that I could gather for this disarray amongst the Jats are as follows:
1. Lack of unity/cohesion: We are all chaudharies and hence, it is very difficult to accept someone as a leader amongst us. We diverge and disperse as soon as we converge.
2. Hypersensitive/Hyper-reactive: It is said about our community that we like to swing to the exremes of the emotional quotient pendulum. If we are angry, we get very angry. If we love someone, we love somenone to the extreme by doing anything for him or her, etc, etc.
3. Hesitant to change/adapt: Though things are changing for the better, we are a little hesitant in adopting newer ways of life, vocations, etc. How many media professionals, fashion designers, etc do we have?
4. More noise than substance: We make a lot of noise even before we do something. Biggest example of the opposite of this are the Yadavs - they do not make noise, yet they have benefited immensely by silently working towards their goals. If a fellow Jat tries to help us, we announce it to the world, thereby making it difficult for him to support us in future in terms of job/career growth.
5. Do not possess the habit of pulling up fellow Jats in our career field: Many Jats have been known to not pull up their brothers in their career streams as they feel that their special or exclusive position may be lost if others join them in their career path. This is unlike the Punjabis and others who help their brothers careerwise.
6. Rigidity: We have to let go the rigidity of opinion and views. We need to take all the good things from around the world and distill and adopt them for the good of ourselves and of the community. Only those who adapt with the times survive, rest perish. As they say, change is the only constant. Being flexible and not having inflated ego always helps to go the long haul.
7. Stop living in the past: I often come across fellow Jat brothers who keep harping on our rich heritage and history. My question to them is 'What about the present?" what have we as a community done in the present times to build upon the solid foundation given to us in heritage by the tall Jat icons of the past? We need to diligently work towards to building on that foundation ceaselessly.
8. We need respect and love of the other communities and not fear: A few brothers think that Jats need to be feared. I differ with them in that I believe that instead of fear, it is the respect and love that counts. If we excel in our respective fields and are the best in our career path, whatever it might be -doctors, engineers, lawyers, judges, farmers and play a constructive role in the society, others will hold us (both individually and as a community) in high esteem. This is much better than instilling fear in the hearts of others for Jats. We need to build bridges with the other communities. Most of the Jat leaders and icons of the past from Maharaja Surajmal to Ch. Devi Lal had mass appeal cutting across caste lines. They were champions in building bridges with other communities and working meaningfully towards realizing the achievement of an esteemed position for the community in the eyes of others.
9. Have faith in yourself as a community: I have come across many fellow Jats who do not have faith in the competency of the community and its members. Why can't there be world class doctors, engineers, lawyers, etc? Belief in self is the first step in the journey towards achieving excellence (both as individuals and as a community).

They fight themself, if there power used for Jat community welfare. Now a day no any leader who lead the community proper direction to achieve our goal.
