disaster in the first go...

Hi all,
well i am a new kid on the block...actually this was supposed to be my reply to why agra summit failed..but then by mistake instead of replying i posted this one...
and now i was thinking what to do ..how to delete it or move this to the right place..???
i culdnt find a way out for that..
