Advice for life
1. Smile More
2. Listen more intently
3. Tell people that you love that you love them
4. Watch a child discover something new
5. Don't look for someone else to blame when you are unhappy
6. Be free with compliments
7. Encourage someone that is having a difficult day
8. Read for ten minutes a day
9. Call old friends and catch up on their lives
10. Do something totally silly and out of character every so often
11. Be less critical of others
12. Be generous not only with money but with time
13. Volunteer for a good cause
14. Be responsible for all your actions
15. Don't fall for peer pressure
16. Buy a really special outfit even if you don't know where you will wear
it
17. Pray more and Worry less
18. Have a cookout in the middle of winter
19. Be quick to forgive others and learn to forgive yourself
20. Whatever you do, give it your best shot
21. Make room for new friends
22. Live your life this year in a way you can look back on fondly and
without regrets
23. Bury prejudices
24. Accept yourself for who you are and don't try to be someone somebody
else wants you to be.
25. Don't gossip
26. Treat yourself to something either very expensive or very fattening
occasionally
27. Learn a new dance
28. Consider failures as learning opportunities
