It depends on how success is defined.
What about the men who encourage women.
In that case the saying should be:
Behind every succeesful woman, there is a man who tries to stop her from failing.

If we look at it objectively, sometimes women try to stop other women as well !!

acoording to me everybody has their individual personality & point of view....

Not not true at all , not atleast in most of cases. ......................During the success path of women .. there may be lots n lots of MEN who might have helped a women to go Up n Up................to become successfull

It may be true for many cases, but not always,
I read about Kiran Bedi.
Her husband encouraged her to go to IPS and he sent her a letter every day from Amritsar to Delhi to encourage her.

Yeh saty hai per ardh saty.(half truth)
My wife acquired her two degrees out of three only after our marriage and one of them when we already had our son. And due to my service we use to live away from rest of the family.
