... The next time, before you're mad at someone, think twice :)

-------------------------------

After Sept. 11th, one company invited the remaining members of other
companies that had been decimated by the attack on the Twin Towers, to
share their available office space.

At a morning meeting, the head of security told stories of why these
people were alive... and all the stories were just "The Little
Things."

As you might know, the head of the company got in late that day
because his son started Kindergarten.

Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to bring donuts.

One woman was late because her alarm clock didn't go off in time.

One was late because of being stuck on the NJ Turnpike because of an
auto accident.

One of them missed his bus.

One spilled food on her clothes and had to take time to change.

One's car wouldn't start.

One went back to answer the telephone.

One had a child that dawdled and didn't get ready as soon as he should have.

One couldn't get a taxi.

The one that struck me was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that
morning, took the various means to get to work but before he got
there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore
to buy a Band-Aid.

That is why he is alive today. Now when I am stuck in traffic, miss an
elevator, turn back to answer a ringing phone ... all the little
things that annoy me I think to myself, this is exactly where God
wants me to be at this very moment. Next time your morning seems to be
going wrong, the children are slow getting dressed, you can't seem to
find the car keys, you hit every traffic light, don't get mad or
frustrated; God is at work watching over you.

May God continue to bless you with all those annoying little things
and may you remember their possible purpose.

Pass this on to someone else, if you'd like. There is NO LUCK attached.

everything happens for good~~
and i really believe in this... god is great n he has plans for all of us...i may sound a bit too religious but this is a fact...though in no way does that mean that we should stop pursuing our dreams or working hard.... but after giving the best shot ,we should leave it to god !!
i myself am a very anxious kinda person... get irritated n am short tempered...but once u start taking things in the stride... u'll find it easier to deal with the them....
so stay cool n n'joy life

Preeti,
You are absolutely right !! One must not take anything for granted and be thankful for what he or she got in store.

PS: I thought I was the only smart Rohtakhia !!
Looks like you are right there.

Really it is true that somewhere a POWER exists which directs the world Some of us call that power as GOD ,some BHAGWAN and some as ALLAH.

Dear Preeti,
Thanks for the nice post.
It is absolutely true, that some times little things matter.
When I was a young officer, I used to get very angry on small things which often used to be beyond my control. I wanted to be living in Zero Error Syndrom. One of my immidiate superior told me once "never loose your cool on things which are not under your control". That did it. I found life to be much more enjoyable after that. Another thing, I would like to bring here is that anger narrows your vision. So believe me, more often than not when your angry you tend to be wrong as well.
