Once again, please NOTE IT THAT KAPIL DEV IS NOT A JAT. However, if you choose to accept him Jat purely based upon some news paper reports, who am I to stop you..As far as Kapil Dev is concerned, he is not some character from history about whom we don't know. He is very much alive...I am sure lots of members know about him in great details..Wait for some one to confirm if your conclusions are correct.
