Hi.. all of you!!

Here is one good news for all of us. If you do your MBA from world's top 50 colleges than you will allowed to work in UK for 12 months under HSMP. Also if your performance is good you will be allowed to migrate to UK.

The 2004 Budget announced a new provision for graduates of 50 top business schools to work in the UK for up to 12 months on completing their MBAs. This provision will form part of the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)

Dear Gagan,

Each and every country will compete to attract the talented people...Any country or community which can not keep its talented people, would simply slide down...Indian government has also launched the National Talent Commission...Talent is the commodity around which future wars might be fought...Though talent is not a monopoly of any country, however, not all countries know how to retain their talented people...If I give you a simple analogy, talent is like water and community or country like soil...some soils simply don't retain water..one has to work on soil to change its character so that it can retain water and be productive.
