Got this from some other forum. Its surely worth listening.

Someone has found for me the actual voice of Swami Vivekananda and his speeches. You must go to this website:

http://www.ceet.niu.edu/faculty/gupta/MEE321/vivek.html

There are two files. The first one is the first speech he made in U.S.A. The second one is some speech in U.S.A only, but it is not complete.

There has been a little bit of doubt as to is this Swami Vivekananda. However, I have some proof:

1) The person speaks as if he knows this thing. It doesn't sound like he is reading it or memorizing it.
2) The voice projects a lot of self-respect. The only other person I have heard with this much self-respect is Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. And Swami Vivekananda was Netaji's Idol.
3) The recording is extremely old. You can hear a "shh" sound in the background that is very common with old Gramophone recordings.
