The link was on this site:

what remains is this short article:

I have downloaded the book on my computer, and will put them up, or if some one will help, I will send the text by e mail, and thay can upload it.My time availability is tight.
One or two chapters have been put up in the yahoo jathistory group.
It is not a very good book.
He is fixated the colonial theory of the "scytian" descent of Jats.
The author is quite unaware of Thakur Desraj, Joon, Jaiswal, Dwiwedi, Ram Pande, Ahlawat, The Sarv Khap,or the host of other Jat writers, and the vast amount of Jat related material that was available when he wrote his book.
Being an engineering professor in Ottawa university, one should be appreciative that he took the time out and complied a book of some sort!
One would have liked to discuss his theories with him!
He does not respond to attempts for contact. Perhaps someone else will have better luck
