Dela the Hooda

Dear Friends,

I wonder if anyone of you can throw some light on the comic "Dela the Hooda". in the comic they mention ;

"a hooda -- a female hood from Mr. Older's fantasy realm of Mhâr".

I wonder if there is any correlation between hooda gotra and the above meaning ? Come on Hoodas...I am keen to hear your version on the story..LOL
