I will surely drop in London one day. I was there for a week in 1995 but at that time I was not aware of any Jatland.com otherwise I would have met you.

How many Jat families are there in London?

There are about 30 Jat families in London area & many more in UK.
You are the frist Jat woman career diplomat I come to know so you are most welcome.
I know K.Natwar singh-Prem singh-Mr Dalal- Hawasingh Ratthi & Omparkash Sangwan.
A very few career Jat diplomat- security & Army personell in India house London.There are many thousand Panjabi.
I heard a long waiting list for transfer to London & USA.
We were here in 1995 but Jatland only started in 2001.

Is this association for any one from Haryana or only for Jats from Haryana? I am a frequent visitor to London and almost everytime pass via Hounslow. I usually stay with one my friend who live in Kingston. Hopefully we will meet next time I am there...

As you know old greater haryana is 300 km around DElhi. We have same culture and language.
The association represent HARYANVI CULTURE.
Every body is welcome from INDIA. Ofcourse jats from all over world are most welcome.

Welcome to London.
Stansted Airport is 40 miles out side London. You can take a train or coach to central London. The BR Train upto LIVERPOOL STREET STATION.
The museum is on Cromwell Rd near South Kensington Underground- Tube station.
My house is about 25 min from there. near Hounslow East station on pic-line to Heathrow airport.
I have donated one flexible stone from Kalyana hill nera my village , to this museum.

i m also a member of jatland.com and would like to join london jat association. first of all ma name is narender phogat (raj)originally i am frm new delhi and i am studyin in london. i also heard about some jat day celebrations in november every year. if u can provide me some details about it. its also good to see so many jats in uk coz in india people think jats are uneducated, illiterate etc. so i would be waitin for u r reply. byeeeeeeeeee c ya later take care
