Dear Ranvir:
I do not know too much of Yugoslavian Jat history. However Ms. Leona Kuhar was at the First World Jat convention in Delhi from Yugoslavia and she mentioned that there are at least 20,000 Jats in Yugoslavia most of them in farming. She was born in a Kuhar Gotra family and is married to a Brahmin from Goa and lives in Yugoslavia. She is instrumental in arranging for this Jat Convention in Belgrade next month.May be Prof. Gehlawat can throw some more light on this topic if you contact him in Delhi.
