There is a question in my mind that why we jatt ppl fight for a small thing, I think ppl come here in this jattland for surfing this site but wat they see that ppl r fighting,,,,,,,,, oo i think its ridiculous.
i know all have diff views, diff thinking but it doesn't mean that they create a BIG ISSUE..
so post ur views wat u say abt this...............

Yes, Dear Praveen,
you are right. Some are talking meaningless and may say they are fighting. I do not like it. We should share our possitive and creative veiws, not with rough talks in rough laugh langauge which our JAt community an object of a fun or joker type. Some thing to be thought it this way. On the other side there are very good people who are writing very nicely to prommote us having the gravity of our community.
But here is the way to go on and rise to the sky. Never looking back of these kind of small things. We have to ignore them and at the same time tell them politely and respectfully to do write good with a meaning of the sense.

I have seen some of your veiws, You write good. Fight is not at all neccessary, we must not. We jat are educated today. Going up in every feild. We are having our own history. We are an object of a satrire, no not all. We are going high, as may see every where we are there.
By writing good we do present our culture.

what a waste of time..first fight , then have a discussion on fight, then advice on fight...then uselessness of fight....arrey behno , betiyon, bhaiyon...kaam ki baat kyoon nagi karte... we are starting threads after thread like government of India appoints commissions on the same thing...

No, no, these people are not those who are neglected by the society. Fact is the they did get the opportunity to have such kind of invironment to devlop themself. They are very innocent. It is not their fault. It is our comprehensive responsiblity to tell them and made them convince the importance of love and respect in the society.

uncle jee i think this is also the imp issue which arrise todays in jatland pehle yeh solve kerne ki sochiye tebhi to agge jayenge , u r so much senior then we guys so u know better ki pehle aap kise importance dete hai.......
ager jatland hi sath milker nehi chalega then wats the use of others topic,, phir topic start keroge phir wehi hoga jo hota aya hai...
so uncle jee take it on priority..........

every post today has something about fight. It will be nice to disscuss it in proper prospect and analyse properly. It is funny untill it donot result anything worthwhile.

I am in favour of fight and anger..... but at right place and right time. If you cannot get angry when it is needed most .... u will be coward. Anger is culmination and out come of many internal energies.... and it prepares you act promptly. But everything should be controlled by cool and active mind.

But jatland website is not a place to fight.... instead it is for construcutive discussions and helping the people.

Parveen has raised /started the right thread and through articulation of words we can not escape from reality "Fight at JatLand " .Why we people not providing freedom to everyone to express views .Why we are after his/her life if he/she comes with a view that is not our interset and why you are replying to some particular thread only .

Parveen has rightly said first we need to improve the plateform through which we are communicating or expressing ourself. I have noticed so many people here from Computer background .. If i am not wrong parveen you are also one of them .We ned to mordenise the website where chat to individual /chat to group /discussion to all and faclity to chat on Line possible ..

Parveen i believe if there is problem there is a solution of it .Mr. Rajender kindly excuse me not agreed not agreed with you "that this fight could not be avoided ".Let the website improve technically and let people of different views give freed to express them and see the result.

i know today this is the biggest prob where jatland face, every problem have a solution and i know this problem also has a good solution, and vo hum sebke pass hai.....

I am all for debates and discussions. Long back I suggested that Jatland Chat room should be used for lighter discussions where we can have some degree of freedom and friendly fights etc. Chat room talks do not remain on record. Site administrators keep working on improving the technical aspects and I am sure they will be more than happy to take any right suggestions. Issue, however, is not this. Major issue is when for no reason someone starts using abusive or offensive language against another member. I suppose this is where all free debate takes an ugly turn. People like us have two options. Either we look otherway and let the site degrade or we express our strong opinion. I have seen many members leaving as they were too sensitive to harsh language. People like me who have become thick skinned, stay around and keep trying agisnt hopes that things will be better some day. Trust me, I am not disappointed. We have been able to improve things to some extent. As you would see, members were hesitent in posting their pitures earlier, but now they are coming forward in large numbers. Most memebrs have regard for each other. Its only occasionally that we get in these fights, which according to some of you are freedom of expression...LOL.. Trust me, I am all for freedom of expression, but not freedom of using offensive language which hurts some one emotionally and tempramentally.. Till we avoid such language, I am all for any debate, meaningful or meaningless.... Think of you or some one taking over the leadership of some organisation where you will have to deal with all sorts of people. Jatland can be a great place to learn many of those skills..
