Dear Arya Ji,
We all Arya Samaj members and Jats in Sydney are very thankful of North American Jat Charities by deciding a donation of $US 2,000 for Arya Samaj Centre Sydney, bought recently on a five acres property.
We all jats from Australia are very thankful and are proud of you.
I will keep you posted about activities of Arya Samaj Centre Sydney.
We are planning to hold sports on this property by inviting arya samaj sports teams from Fiji and New Zealand.
Regards
Ishwar Lamba

Dear Sumita: Thanks for the interest shown in NAJC. NAJC meets at least twice a year, once in April and again in Dec. I will post the date, place and time of next meeting here as soon as it is decided. NAJC meetings are a great place to socialise and also a lot is accomplished in channelizing the resources to help our community. We are always looking for younger people to get involved and in the next meeting there will be a good number of them attending. NAJC is getting quite involved in the community help, specially back in India. A good part of the Bylaws of NAJC is that people can donate as "DEDICATED FUNDS" to be used for the project of the person donating the funds. Of course the project has to be for the benefit of the community and not for personal benefit. Therefore this is a great vehicle to help your alma mater, village, dharamsala, mandir or start a scholarship in memory of your dear ones or do any other project, in the meantime get tax exemption for the donation in US. Believe me it does not take much out of your time and finances to help someone.
Please feel free to contact me at any time at 732-294-0514, 732-308-0721 or email me at "r.arya@att.net" about NAJC, AJA (Association of Jats in America) or any questions about the working and ongoing projects of NAJC. Any help with time, efforts, projects and financial is appreciated. 100% of the donation is used for charitable purposes and all the Trustees, Officials and members are volunteers.
I am requesting all jatland members to get involved and become active members of this organization. A website for NAJC is under preparation.
Thanks Lamba ji for kind words.
