1.30 baj gayi ???

I am observing from last few days that 1.30 bajte hi jatland par rojana hi technical error aa jati hai...... yeh hamesa isi time par kyo hoti hai

yup, i know of the problem. apparently, the server resets the connection to the datbase every night at just before 4:00 am (us eastern time). so for a couple of minutes, the database is down, hence the forums stop working... i'm not sure if this can be resolved easily, but will try and explore options.
