Update Error

Hi all

I'm trying to manually update virus defination on one of the PC but it shows me error.

Error: "Error Reading Zip File Directory. This could be due to not enough memory for proper operation of Intelligent Updater"

Symantec gave me the solution to re-download virus defination.

Despite enough space on c: drive,its gives me the same error even if i log-in as administrator.Any solution????????

Bhai Sanjay, first uninstall the winzip utility and then install again.
If the problem is still not solved, right click on c:drive icon, click disk cleanup and clean all the files. then try again to extract the virus definitions.
I hope prob will be solved

i tried the options but problem still the same.I even tried cahnging RAM.

hi Sanjay,
I think there is some problem with ur windows os .
So the last solution is to reinstall the os.
