    एक जाड़ खावै अर्र एक तरसै- मतलब की खाना इतना स्वादिस्ट हो कि जिस तरफ से खाया जा रहा हो तो दूसरी तरफ की जाड़ तरसें कि हमें चखने को क्यों नहीं मिल रहा.


    मैंने ये कहावत पहले कभी नहीं सुनी थी. एक दोस्त ने ये पुष्कर की मशहूर राबड़ी के लिए बोली थी और उनकी माता जी राजस्थानी हैं. हो सकता है कि ये हिसार कि तरफ बोली जाती हो या राजस्थान कि कहावत हो?

    Your take looks very positive on this, but many times, it is also used in negative sense, like overdoing something.
    Example, if someone who is not used to work outs on regular basis and when starts, he want to be body builder next day, he ends up doing too much of exercise and get sick eventually. Keh te bawla chaale ae na, ke fer chale ae ja

    In some parts of Haryana and adjoining Rajasthan it is said with a slight difference but with almost conveying same meaning as :


    Ke te bawla chaale na, ke chale pachhe bawhare na !
    History is best when created, better when re-constructed and worst when invented.
