If u :
1. can run 6-7 kms without stopping.
2. can lift atleast 2.5 times of weights which a standard person can lift.
3. can beat 2-3 standard people at the same time (giving accurate wounds which u want, u dont have to leave people in serious condition every time u beat)
4. have heart to pull out somebody from his car's window without bothering who's he.
Only then u r fit.
Above includes stamina, power, art to fight and dare of a Jat.
One shouldnt be too fussy about gym instructor's or medical definition of 'height and weight' ratio. Bones, structure, muscles and way u think always prove it wrong.
Fitness is living healthy not always showing perfectly healthy.
