Management failures in 2nd ODI at Faridabad

I read this at more than one place that spectators who lined up outside the stadium were lathi-charged. Some of them were bleeding profusely. There were problems with electricity. Press members and some commentators were stopped outside the stadium. There were no members from Haryana Cricket Association present to manage the things. Media is saying that Faridabad should not be kept as a venue for international matches etc etc.

I don't know if it's an exaggeration or reality.

Anyway whatever has happened is not good for Haryana cricket association who got this chance of hosting an ODI after many years.

Though, the pitch played slow during the match but it was a perfect wicket considering recent high scoring matches. In today's cricket, even the score of 434 is not defendable on flat wickets. There should also be something for bowlers too.
Mean while the curetor of Capt. Nahar Singh stadium,Faridabad and former test cricketer , Vijay Yadav met with a harsh road accident which resulted in the death of his 11-year-old daughter Sonali and a cousin. Yadav’s wife Amrita is in a critical state while the cricketer escaped with a collar bone injury.
His daughter Sonali had got a chance to meet his favorite cricketer Rahul Dravid during the Faridabad match, after a long wait and unfortunately,it happened as his last wish...
