    Incredible India Here and There: Pakistani Traveller

    Daily Times, a well respected Pakistani newspaper has reported a series of four articles on India. This is how the author, who travelled to India writes in his fourth and final editorial article;

    I have read all earlier articles also and here are the links;

    As one would notice, the picture presented by author is really unbiased. Its so heartening when a Pakistani sums up his write up and calls India as Incredible. Many cheers for great India.

    In the above link, he mentions: "India’s richest man, Wipro Ltd Chairman Azim Premji, is a Muslim. Worth over $8 billion, he was ranked No 38 on Forbes magazine’s list of the world’s richest people last year."

    Which is wrong...Azim Prem ji is a Gujju!

    Another one: "Though under-represented in the civil services, police and the armed forces, Muslims are doing well in business, trades, craft, cinema and sports."

    In here, he wants to say, Muslims are under-represented but I would say they don't come forward to join forces or police. It's the problem with the community. For Civil services, it's an open comptition...they are not in minority to get reservation. They need to work hard to get themselves there...

    But Premji denies that....also there was an occasion when he was detained for some time at some US airport...the same question was posed to him...but he didn't admit he was a muslim instead he insisted that his "Azim" name has something to deal with parsi links...

    Now only God and Premji knows who he's is!!

    Azim Hasham Premji....Bohra Muslim from Maharashtra.

    Recently,in his first ever interwiew on T.V. and an intrview with Shekhar Gupta,the Editor-in-Chief of The Indian Express,The Wipro chairman Azim Hasham Premji,a secular Bohra Muslim from Maharashtra, but resident in Bangalore from 1997,admitted about his Muslim origin.Premji is a secular Muslim who has visited Hindu temples (so said his right hand man and consumer division head P.S. Pai) and wears 'Indian' on his sleeves.His late father even refused Pakistan leader Jinnah's tempting offer to make him finance minister during the Partition.

    Most Bohra Muslims are secular and are of persian origin. They don't mix much with other muslims.
