India has become a dumping ground for banned drugs; also the business for
production of banned drugs is blooming. Plz make sure that u buy drugs only
if prescribed by a doctor(Also, ask which company manufactures it, this
would help to ensure that u get what is prescribed at the Drug Store) and
that also from a reputed drug store. Not many people know about these
banned drugs and consume them causing a lot of damage to themselves. We do

    All Drugs Have Side Effects

    Ram Ram Jat Bhaio,

I appreciate the effort by our respected jat bhai to comply the list of banned drugs but i would like to add that virtually every drug has got side effects even paracetamol to aspirin. The key is to take the correct dose and only on prescription and only for the period specified by the doctor. Irecently saw one case when the guy had stopped smoking and was given nicotine patch and he had a very serious reaction to in and his whole body swelled. It took a lot of effort to save his life so the key is USE EVERY DRUG WITH CAUTION

US people, be wary of Tylenol...specially those who drink

Tylenol ...another painkiller or NSAID (Non steroidal Anti inflamatory drug) is sold over the counter in USA. Anyone can buy it randomly and in as much quantity as they wish.

The main compound inside (Acetaminophen) is known to be severely hepatotoxic (injurious to the Liver). Specially if taken with even small doses of alcohol, it can induce severe Fulminatory hepatitis (Acute and life threatning form of hepatitis) in some cases.

There are still people in US, who are quiet unaware of this and sometimes take it as a cure for the "hangover" headache following partying and drinking. The ethanol already in their system, specially along with moderate to heavy doses of Tylenol can be very toxic for the Liver. Even if the effects dont show at once, their can be continued Liver damage for a long time. Sometimes it can take months for any outward symptoms to appear and what is worst is that people who take these painkiller medicines a lot, get partially addicted to these and continue their use for a long time.

Jaankaari ke liye bahut bahut dhanyavaaad,I agree with JATIN 100% that we should practice cautionin taking any medication. I actually never remeber REQUIRING a Doctor's presccription in India for any kind of medication I ever bought from chemists. All the medicines have one or the other side effects so people should avoid precribing it to themselves & leave it upto qualified doctors.

    Thanks Jatin & Siwatch.
