Kissing is way to show ur love and affection to someone.Could be kids,ur girlfriend boyfriend or beloved ones.but to do something there is a designated place.
Aap khaana khaate ho dining room mein,sote ho bedroom mein,nahane ke liye bathroom use karte ho,padhne ke liye school hain,pooja karne ke liye mandir bane hain and the list is endless.So if u think that way then kissing in public is always absurd.

Theek sai Ji....maan gey ibb bera patya akk aap serious horey so....haan to Topic tha ke To Kiss and To not Kiss in public....ibb tai 50000/- ki penalty ke saath imprisonment bhi honi chahiye and i think severity of fine and imprisonment should be decided on the TYPES of Kisses....you know....ki Kiss kahan pe kiya gaya....cheeks pe/forehead pe/neck pe/nose pe/shoulders pe ya it was the GRAND FRENCH KISS????hmmmmm....aur kitni seriousness ke saath kiya gaya....aur haan last me....did the public enjoyed or not....i think i am sticking to the discussion now?

And who decides that designated place, what you might designate might differ from I would designate. Kissing someone is not like food, khana hum time se khaate kabhi kabhaar bhook zyada ho and time kam ho to one might grab a bite in the car or something.
There is no time for kissing, who knows when you get an urge to kiss your loved one and then why should refrain from expressing this emotion of love which is the sweetest of all.
Aaj tak Jaatyan ne "ladaai-bhidaai" ka to koi designated place na banaaya, hade kissing pe itni designation kyon. Does that mean we accept violence much easily then love.....if so then God bless Jats.
