suggestions
vaise to jat tagre aur physically fit hoten hain
aftrr all i would like to suggest Jogging and running ,general exercise at least 45 to 60 minutes in a day in morning or evening keeps a man or woman fit.if u cannot run then do yoga.it will save u from many disease. its my personal experience. sweating is must for fit and healthy body.
