MBA/work in australia

Im working as a software consultant with Tata Consultancy Services,Bangalore.
I work on a technology called Citrix and have around 2 years of work ex in IT.

Now im planning for higher education,cud be Australia or india.
there are a few things id like to know here.
1.Can i apply for a work visa in Australia and move there to work?
2.If not what would be more feasable,an MBA or an MS in something technical?
3.If i do an MBA in something like marketing would they consider my IT exp as relevant?and do i fulfill the points for PR?
4.Im keen on an MBA but dont quite know the opportunities thereafter in Australia.

Will be very grateful if someone could take some time out and answer my queries.

M.B.A in marketing/sales is always helpful.
they would like to see more experience 5yrs will get you in anywhere.

i dont plan to stick to IT for so long and thats why im plannin my MBA next yr, i will have 3 yrs work ex by th time i get into a B-school.Is that not sufficient? Im as it is starting my GMAT prep now.
