why we cant save "Bush hid the facts" in notepad

can anyone plz explain?? i m still finding.....

1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.

2. Type the text "this app can break" (without quotes)
3. Save the file
4. Re-open the file in Notepad
