what is the difference between jatland moderator and administrator

I want to know the difference between jatland "moderators" and "administrators".This query is basically for these(admin.) people.I would be thankful to them if they shed a little light on this topic.

Very slight difference in between Moderators and Admins in my opinion. Moderators are mainly responsible for daily activities at Jatland (closing, deleting threads, banning rogue members). Admins are responsible for these tasks as well as background activities (new accounts activation) and new feature additions. BTW, they all show up as editors in their profiles.
