after coming to US i gained 15 kg in 6 months.
what i did
i used to eat donuts 4 breakfast .banana walnut cake for lunch , roti sabzi for dinner and icecream kattorafull 4 dessert.

Bhai Jit, pata nahi kyon jab se maine ye comment padha hai daily yahi dimaag mein ghoom raha hai.. when I eat, sleep, browse net n do all kinda timepass, why am I not regular with my exercise schedule.. kisi na kisi bahane se ignore karta rahta hoon .. meri muscles bhi mujhse kafi dukhi ho gayi hain kyon main unko aajkal bahar nahi nikalta - but I am sure gonna restart my routine and maintain it forever (hopefully) starting this month

itne thread pade hardly 2-3 persons hv given suggestion baki sab majaak if somebody is concerned u shd tk it seriously n shd gv right soln. ...........

(1)ok ..stay happy and don't be too much worried about increasing weight(while practicing the weight increase method).
(2)Do not do any intense cardio exercise like running and cycling.
(3)Banana shake is NOT effective at all.(personal exp. for along time)
Now eat these.
(1)Peanut butter, brown bread, salad, rice, less chappati, more leafy vegetables, milk, eggs.
Most Important:If you are between 20 to 25 or 29, your metabolism is so fast that is dosen't allow you to gain weight.
