    bhai tu katti naash karega chorre ka...itna khaane ke liye appetite bhi to hona chaiye aur believe me itnt calory burn karne ke liye kasutta hardcore workout karna padega!!! :rolleyes:

    waise gud combo of work out + diet can do wonders !!

    after coming to US i gained 15 kg in 6 months.
    what i did
    i used to eat donuts 4 breakfast .banana walnut cake for lunch , roti sabzi for dinner and icecream kattorafull 4 dessert.
    jo jo patlaepan se dukhi hai america aajao.aapne aap mote ho jaoge

    Bhai Jit, pata nahi kyon jab se maine ye comment padha hai daily yahi dimaag mein ghoom raha hai.. when I eat, sleep, browse net n do all kinda timepass, why am I not regular with my exercise schedule.. kisi na kisi bahane se ignore karta rahta hoon .. meri muscles bhi mujhse kafi dukhi ho gayi hain kyon main unko aajkal bahar nahi nikalta - but I am sure gonna restart my routine and maintain it forever (hopefully) starting this month
    What if God was one of us...?

    No problem, if you are a Girl get married having reached the destination you will go to seed any way,
    If you are a boy get married, the good food that you have missed all this time and now gobbling will solve the problem for you
    Unfortunately the remedy does not work in reverse

    hi sudhakar,
    hit the gym regularly...
    take gud meal with protiens etc...
    gud sleep...
    n last but not the least... do whatever u like...

    a possible way to increase weight

    KILKEEEEEEEEEE.

    (1)ok ..stay happy and don't be too much worried about increasing weight(while practicing the weight increase method).

    (2)Do not do any intense cardio exercise like running and cycling.

    (3)Banana shake is NOT effective at all.(personal exp. for along time)

    Now eat these.

    (1)Peanut butter, brown bread, salad, rice, less chappati, more leafy vegetables, milk, eggs.

    Most Important:If you are between 20 to 25 or 29, your metabolism is so fast that is dosen't allow you to gain weight.
