Im here suggesting a gud Yoga site link, in which very gud info & procedure r given about Surya-Namsakar & other gud Yoga Asanas.
Guys, *Surya-Namaskar* is best excercise for warm up & regular work out....if u guys lack time then u can try Suryanamaskar cuz its takes not more then 15 mins a day for 12 sets but benefits r huge!
so just start Suryanamskar in morning n start it with 6 sets & then increase it to 12 reps.... believe me u'll start feelin fit in less then week.
