    Eat 4-5 apples a day and loose weight

    Do walk and leave fried and sweets and have lots of apple and green vegitable with Missi roti.

    Drink at least 3 to 4 litres of wates.
    and do physcial work
    see yourself drowning same amout of sweat daily

    its all in ur genes
    n moreover..ur metabolism!
    so dont try too hard
    moreover--diet is gonna work a bit as compared 2 exercise
    n eat alll those fats n proteins.
    bt stay away frm carbs--they r d culprits..
    so,,,,jamm k ghee duudh

    GM Diet Plan

    Hi All,
    Any body tired GM Diet Plan?? It claims that you can loose 5-6 kg in a week.
    I read about it but never found anybody who followed this diet plan.

    Please let me know if somebody tried it.

    bahi mere jenes wali baat to sahi hogi apki per mera to 6-7 mahine me vazan bada hai bera naa itne dino me ke aag lag gai mere genes ko :D

    Absolutely true!
    Cut down on carbs. Quit breads (say No to roti), rice, sugar, even fruits (they have fructose). Eat vegs, lentils, dairy products. Well, non-veggies can eat meat, fish, eggs as much as they want but NO carb. And if you can supplement this with a brisk walk ( minimal ...one can ask for) or jogging for say around 30-40 mins each day. Try doing this, be honest to yourself and I vouch for your weight loss.

    अपना तो योही कार्यक्रम होता है.
    ओर अगर मेरी तरह रस्सी कूदना पसंद है तो बात ही बन जायेगी
    ओर कम से कम १ मील तो जोग्गिंग सवेरे रोज़ करनी चाहिए
